Water Drain Venting
If the on-site drainage connection is situated lower than the guide path for the lower basket rollers in the open door, the drainage system must be vented.
Installation Procedure
Follow these steps for the correct installation of your Miele semi-integrated dishwasher.
Cabinet Preparation and Dimensions
Ensure the cabinet opening meets the required dimensions. Typical width: 590-597 mm. Typical height: 865-930 mm. Ensure sufficient depth (min. 130 mm for hose connections) and clearance.
Mounting the Appliance
Position the dishwasher in the cabinet opening. Attach mounting brackets to the cabinet using appropriate screws (e.g., 4x27mm, 4x20mm). Secure the appliance using the provided fixings.
Water Inlet Connection
Connect the water inlet hose to the water supply. Ensure it is securely fastened.
Drain Hose Connection
Connect the drain hose to the wastewater outlet. Ensure it is properly secured and routed to prevent siphoning or backflow.
Electrical Connection
Connect the power cable to a suitable electrical outlet. Observe the specified connection data.
Securing the Appliance
