Getting Started

Activating Earbuds

To activate the earbuds from shipping and warehousing mode to normal mode:

1. Remove earbuds from the package and peel off the blue protective stickers on the earbuds.
2. Place the earbuds into the charging case to transition them from warehousing mode to using mode.

Powering On

Remove the earbuds from the charging case; they will turn on automatically. If earbuds are off, press and hold the touch area on each earbud for 3 seconds until you hear the 'power ON' prompt.

Powering Off

There are three ways to turn off your earbuds:

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case; they will turn off automatically.
2. Press and hold the touch area of an earbud for 4 seconds.
3. Turn off Bluetooth on your connected device; the earbuds will turn off shortly after.

Pairing and Operation

Bluetooth Matching

1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and ensure their LEDs turn white.
2. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode. (Note: Only the left earbud's LED will flash white and green.)
3. On your device, open the list of available Bluetooth devices and select “GUESS TWS".
4. When prompted for Bluetooth pairing, select “Pair” or “OK”. The earbud LEDs will turn off upon successful connection.
5. Once paired, the earbuds will automatically connect to your device when removed from the case and within its vicinity.

Voice Assistant

To activate your device's voice assistant, gently touch the left or right earbud twice.

Handling Calls

• Answer a call: Gently touch the left or right earbud once.
• Hang up a call: Gently touch the left or right earbud once.
• Reject a call: Press and hold the left or right earbud for 2 seconds.

Listening to Music

• Play/Pause: Gently touch the left or right earbud once.
• Previous song: Gently touch the left earbud 3 times.
• Next song: Gently touch the right earbud 3 times.
• Volume Up: Press and hold the touch area of the left earbud for 2 seconds.
• Volume Down: Press and hold the touch area of the right earbud for 2 seconds.

Charging

Earbuds: Place the earbuds into the charging case. A white light will indicate they are charging.

Charging Case: Plug the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port of the charging case. Connect the other end to a powered USB wall charger or computer (DC 5V).

Precautions

• Try to listen at low volume. Listening at high volume for an extended period may result in permanent damage to your hearing.
• The use of earbuds will impair your ability to hear other sounds. Use caution while using your earbuds during any activity that requires your full attention.
• This package contains small parts that may be hazardous to children and should be kept out of reach of children. Children should use the earbuds under the supervision of an adult.
• Do not overuse the earbuds or put them under heavy pressure.
• Keep the product dry; do not put it in a humid circumstance to avoid short circuit.
• Using your earbuds in a moist or dusty environment, or near a strong magnetic field, may result in an internal circuit failure.
• Do not store your earbuds in an environment where the temperature is below -15°C or above +50°C.
• Do not charge the earbuds and the charging case in an environment where the temperature is below 0°C.
• Do not expose your earbuds or charging case to direct sunlight (such as on a window sill or on a car dashboard) for an extended period of time.
• Keep away from routers or other high-frequency transmitting equipment to prevent interruption of signal receiving.
• To avoid damage to your earbuds, do not disassemble or tamper with them, and do not insert any foreign matter into them.
• Do not attempt to take apart the product, especially if you are not a professional.
• Do not drop, strongly vibrate, or strike the product with hard objects to avoid damaging the internal circuit.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaners to clean the product. Do not use sharp objects to scratch the surface.
