2. Common Questions
Q: Why there's no "Firmware Upgrade" option in my setting page?
A:
- Possible reason 1: Customer hasn't logged into the account and connected the device via Bluetooth directly. Please log in to the BLUETTI account to connect the device. The "firmware upgrade" option is not available via direct Bluetooth access without logging in. (Description of screenshot: BLUETTI app login screen with 'Log in' and 'Connect' buttons.)
- Possible reason 2: After successfully binding the device, the customer connected the device via WiFi instead of Bluetooth. Please connect the device via Bluetooth when checking the firmware version. The "firmware upgrade" option is not available when connecting via WiFi. (Description of screenshot: BLUETTI app showing a device connected via WiFi with a red 'X' indicating an issue, contrasted with a green checkmark for Bluetooth connection.)
- Possible reason 3: If the device is shared with friends or family, the "firmware upgrade" option may not be visible in their App. (Description of screenshot: BLUETTI app settings page with "Share Device" highlighted.)
Q: Why there's no “Upgrade” option in my firmware version?
A: If there's no “Upgrade” option, it means your firmware version is already the latest.
Description of screenshot: The BLUETTI app's "Firmware Upgrade" screen is shown, listing current versions for IoT, ARM, DSP, and BMS. If no "Upgrade" button is present, it signifies the firmware is up-to-date.
