Assembly Guide
Step 1:
A. Insert the provided AAA batteries into the battery compartment of the Monitor (4).
B. Connect the Induction Wire (a) to the Wire (b).
C. Attach the Monitor (4) to the Main Frame (1) as shown in the diagram.

Step 2:
A. Align the Foot Tube Cover (5) with the left and right foot tubes of the stepper.
B. Open the latch of the Elastic Rope (2) and connect it to the hook on the Main Frame (1). The latch will automatically close and secure the rope.

Product Usage Instructions
Operation Modes
The stepper offers two distinct operation modes, which can be switched using the L-shaped Adjustment Knob (3) when the pedal height is consistent.
Up and Down Mode:
When the L-shaped Adjustment Knob (3) is positioned in the lower setting, the machine facilitates an up and down motion for the pedals.

Elastic Rope Usage
The elastic rope (2) is designed to be used in conjunction with the stepper machine. If the elastic ropes are not needed for your workout, they can be detached, allowing the stepper to be used independently.
Monitor Instructions
The monitor displays key workout data:
- COUNT: Accumulates the number of steps taken (0-9999 TIMES).
- TIME: Records the duration of your workout (0:00-99:59 MIN:SEC).
- CAL: Estimates the calories burned during exercise (0-9999 KCAL).
- REPS/MIN: Displays the number of steps per minute (0-9999 TIMES/MIN).
Key Function
MODE/SELECT: This button allows you to select the desired function. Pressing and holding the key for 4 seconds will reset all function values (total reset).
Operation Procedures
AUTO ON/OFF: The monitor automatically powers off if no signal is detected for 4 minutes. It will automatically power on when you start exercising or press any key.
Battery Instructions
Step 1: Carefully remove the Monitor from the Main Frame.
Step 2: Replace the battery on the back of the monitor. Pay close attention to the installation position as shown in the accompanying diagram to ensure correct placement.
Step 3: Reassemble the monitor back onto the Main Frame.

- Check bolts: Periodically check all bolts and nuts for tightness. If any are found to be loose, they should be tightened immediately.
- Check the parts: Periodically inspect the stepper's parts for damage or wear, and replace them as necessary.
- Moisture: Store the stepper in a dry place to prevent moisture damage to the machine.

Warm-Up
Prepare your muscles for exercise by performing stretches before your workout. Warm muscles are more pliable. Start with a 5-10 minute warm-up, then perform the following stretches, holding each for 10 seconds and repeating 5 times per leg. Repeat these stretches after your workout.
1. Stretch Down
Bend your knees slightly, then slowly bend your body forward from the waist, relaxing your back and shoulders. Try to touch your toes with your hands. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times.

2. Seated Hamstring Stretch
Sit on the floor with one leg extended straight. Bring the other leg in so that its foot rests against the inside of the straightened leg. Reach towards the toes of your extended foot. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg.

3. Calf and Achilles Tendon Stretch
Stand facing a wall or tree, placing both hands against it for support. Step one foot behind the other, keeping the back leg straight and the heel firmly on the ground. Lean your body towards the wall or tree. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg.

4. Quadriceps Stretch
Stand and reach back with your right hand to grasp your right foot. Slowly pull your foot towards your hips until you feel a stretch in the muscles at the front of your thigh. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg.

5. Sartorius (Inner Thigh Muscle) Stretch
Sit on the floor with your feet facing each other, soles touching, and your knees pointing outwards. Grasp your feet with both hands and gently pull them towards your groin. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times.

MERACH will replace defective products based on eligibility. Refunds are available to the original purchasers of MERACH products within the first 30 days of purchase. There are no warranties other than those expressly set forth with each product.
