Troubleshooting: Mouse Not Working
Common Issues and Solutions
- Is the mouse powered on? Ensure the On/Off slider switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Is the Nano receiver securely plugged into a USB port? Try unplugging and replugging the receiver. If possible, try a different USB port on your computer.
- Is the Nano receiver plugged into a USB hub? If so, try plugging it directly into a USB port on your computer to rule out hub issues.
- Check the orientation of the battery inside the mouse. Ensure the battery is inserted with the correct positive (+) and negative (-) ends aligned.
- Try a different surface. Some surfaces can interfere with optical tracking. Also, remove any metallic objects between the mouse and the Nano receiver.
- For Windows® operating systems: If the mouse is still not working, try reconnecting the mouse with the Nano receiver. You can do this by launching the Logitech Connect utility from www.logitech.com/connect_utility.
