- 1. Main Unit
- The primary body of the grater.
- 2. Lock/Release Lever
- Locks and releases the suction cup on the bottom of the unit.

- 4. Feeder
- Holds food to be cut.
- 5. Dispenser
- Releases the cut-up food.
- 6. Pusher
- Helps push food down the feeder and towards the blade.
- 7. Grating Blade

- 9. Shredding Blade
- Ideal for fine shredding.
- 10. Base with Suction Cup

Assembly
Full Unit Assembly
Note: Your unit may come fully assembled. Follow these steps for disassembly and cleaning.
- Insert the Dispenser into the base until it clicks (See Diagram A).
- Select a blade and insert it into the Dispenser until it goes through the opening (See Diagram B).
- Attach the Handle by aligning its square with the blade's square. Push until it clicks (See Diagram C).
- Place the Pusher inside the Feeder (See Diagram C).
- To change the blade: Unlock the handle (See Diagram D). While pressing and holding the unlock button, pull the handle to remove it.
Unit Disassembly
- Unlock the handle (See Diagrams D+E). While pressing and holding the unlock button, pull the handle to remove it.
- Remove the blade and set it aside (See Diagram F).
- To remove the Dispenser from the base, slide down the release button with one hand and pull the Dispenser out (See Diagram G). Note: Remove the handle before removing the dispenser.
Usage
Before First Use
Unpack all parts. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Rinse all parts in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
Fixation
Place the grater on a smooth, flat surface. Press down firmly on the unit and turn the lever clockwise to the LOCK position. This activates the suction cup for stability (See Diagram: Fixation).
Operation
- Select the desired blade (slicing, shredding, or grating).
- Place food into the Feeder. Hold the food with one hand and turn the handle clockwise to begin processing (See Diagram: Usage).
- Use the Pusher to guide food towards the blade, especially when the food level is low.
Cleaning
Clean immediately after each use.
- Rotate the handle a few times to remove leftover food.
- Remove the used blade carefully (blades are very sharp).
- Wash all parts in mild soap solution or place in the dishwasher. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Wipe the main unit with a soft damp cloth. Certain foods may discolor the unit; rub gently with a soft cloth or sponge.
