Parts
The Delimano Brava Spring Slicer contains the following parts:

Before First Use
Check the set to ensure it is complete and has not been damaged in transit. Remove all packaging material and stickers. Clean all parts before first use to remove any production residue.
Usage
Handle: Press and twist the handle clockwise until it releases. Allow it to extend fully upwards, then press down to slice food.
Pusher: Use for thin cutting or hard food.
Locking Button: Pull up to install the feeder, then lock by releasing the button.
Feeder: Place food into the feeder to begin slicing. For larger food items, cut them in half or quarters.
Foot: Unfold the foldable feet completely to stabilize the slicer.
Knobs 1 & 2: Unsnap and rotate clockwise 360°, then snap back.
Thickness Regulator: Rotate to select thickness from 0.5-8mm.
Container: Stores sliced food.
Cutting into Slices:
- Place food into the feeder (4).
- Rotate the thickness regulator (8) to choose thickness (0 – thinner, 8 – thicker).
- Use the pusher (2) to push food into the feeder and press the handle (1) for each slice.
Cutting into Sticks:
- Place food into the feeder (4).
- Rotate the thickness regulator (8) to choose thickness (0 – thinner, 8 – thicker).
- Unsnap knob 1 (6), rotate it clockwise 360°, then snap it back.
- Use the pusher (2) to push food into the feeder and press the handle (1) to cut food into sticks.
Cutting into Juliennes (Strips):
- Place food into the feeder (4).
- Rotate the thickness regulator (8) to choose thickness (0 – thinner, 8 – thicker).
- Unsnap knobs 1 and 2 (6 & 7), rotate them clockwise 360°, then snap them back.
- Use the pusher (2) to push food into the feeder and press the handle (1) to cut food into juliennes.
Cutting into Dices:
- First, cut food into slices and fill the feeder (4) with the cut slices.
- Rotate the thickness regulator (8) to choose thickness (0 – thinner, 8 – thicker).
- Unsnap knob 1 (6), rotate it clockwise 360°, then snap it back. For smaller dices, unsnap knobs 1 and 2 (6 & 7), rotate them clockwise 360°, then snap them back.
- Use the pusher (2) to push food into the feeder and press the handle (1) to cut food into dices.
Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING: Do not use abrasive cleaners. The unit is dishwasher safe.
Clean the unit immediately after each use. This greatly simplifies the cleaning process.
WARNING: Blades are extremely sharp; handle with care. Do not place fingers or hands on the blades. Use the brush (14) for cleaning.
The product cannot be disassembled. Wash in a mild soap solution or place in the dishwasher. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
NOTE: Certain foods may discolor the body and blades. Rub gently with a soft cloth, sponge, or brush.
