About XYZmaker Suite

XYZprinting brings together XYZmaker and XYZprint (XYZware, XYZ ware Pro) to create the XYZmaker Suite. This is an all-in-one 3D design software application that provides a comprehensive range of 3D tools for XYZprinting's 3D printers.

The XYZmaker Suite is a package of 3D modeling and production applications that encompass a wide breadth of tasks in the creative sector. Application intents range from 3D modeling and 3D printing to engraving and 3D scanning software. To make your designs more realistic and printable, all the software in XYZmaker Suite functions to combine with the da Vinci 3D printer series by XYZprinting.

The suite includes:

• XYZmaker: 3D modeling software for beginners.
• XYZprint: Transforms 3D models into printable file formats.
• XYZengraver: Engraves designs onto various materials.
• XYZscan: Software for 3D scanning features.

Additionally, XYZ gallery 2.0 is available on Android and Apple stores.

Installation Instruction

Before printing and designing 3D models, please install XYZmaker Suite first. You can get the installer with the bundled SD card or USB stick. For additional information, software updates, and technical support, refer to XYZprinting online resources: http://www.xyzprinting.com.

You can also download the installer from the XYZprinting website.

1. Go to http://www.xyzprinting.com, click on the Software section, and choose XYZmaker Suite.
2. Choose XYZmaker Suite to enter the product page.
3. Click Download.
4. Sign in to your XYZprinting account to enter the support page and download the software.
5. Choose the file to download according to your operating system (macOS or Windows).
6. For Windows OS: Double-click the installer, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
7. For Mac OS: Double-click the installer (*.dmg*) file format and drag it into the Applications folder.

Congratulations! Your installation is complete. You can now launch XYZmaker Suite and start creating and printing 3D objects.

Software Introduction

XYZmaker is a 3D modeling application with an intuitive user interface and a wide range of interesting 3D modeling tools and 3D model templates. You can use XYZmaker for 3D modeling and then print with XYZprint.

1. Open XYZmaker and build the model on the operating platform.
2. Click [File] > [XYZprint Plugin] to open the printing software XYZprint. (Note: Please install XYZprint first to start the 3D printing function.)

XYZprint Usage

XYZprint is a 3D printing application with fast slicing capabilities. It allows you to preview your 3D models in full color and monitor printing progress in real time.

1. Open the XYZprint software and choose DASHBOARD, then select the connected 3D printer.
2. Import your favorite 3D files. Options include: Import File, New File, Save File.
3. Click on the object to adjust its size.
4. In the Print menu, adjust the print parameters such as Material Profile, Nozzle Diameter, Nozzle Type, General, Speed, Supports, Retraction, and Extrusion Ratio.
5. When you're done adjusting the print parameters, click [PREPARE].
6. After preparing, check if the object is a complete model. After confirmation, you can click [PRINT] or [SAVE].

XYZengraver Usage

XYZengraver is an engraving software tool designed for the laser engraver module.

• Select "Import" to choose the graphic file you wish to engrave.
• Once basic editing is complete, select the "Engrave" icon.
• Settings for "Language" and "Automatic Feedback" (sending engraving values to XYZprinting) are available.
• Engraving samples and software version information are also provided.

XYZscan Color Usage

XYZscan Color is the scanning software tool designed to support 360-degree full-color 3D scanning using new 3D scanning technology.

Before starting XYZscan Color, ensure the scan module and scan backboard are properly installed in your 3D printer and you are in scan mode via the panel. The main screen of XYZscan Color consists of the following parts:

• A. Main menu: Save files, perform scanning, and configure system settings. It also provides tutorial and membership functions.
• B. Setting area: Set the scan environment and quality.
• C. Operating area: Preview the object in real time and perform scanning.
• D. Preview pane: Display the camera video in real time.

When all settings are configured, click [SCAN] at the bottom right corner to start scanning.

While the software generates the point cloud and 3D model, you can rotate, zoom in, or zoom out using your mouse in the Preview pane to view the scan results. Click the [ X ] button next to the progress bar to cancel scanning.
