Manual Solid Phase Extraction System
The Manual Solid Phase Extraction System is a negative pressure solid phase extraction device. It utilizes a solid adsorbent to capture the target compound from a liquid sample, separating it from the sample matrix and interfering compounds. The compound is then eluted with a solvent or desorbed with heat, achieving separation and enrichment. This system aims to reduce sample matrix interference and improve detection sensitivity.
It is commonly used in analytical laboratories for research, HPLC, GCMS, and HPLC-MS applications. It is also known as Liquid-solid extraction.

The manual solid phase extraction instruments, available in 12, 24, and 36-well configurations, are constructed from transparent organic glass, offering strong corrosion resistance. The vacuum tank features uniform wall thickness, capable of withstanding high negative pressure above -0.096Mpa without deformation during prolonged high-pressure use. The system ensures uniform pressure distribution, excellent airtightness, and stable performance. Extraction speed is consistent, with convenient control and adjustment. Multi-channel operation can be controlled independently, and the joints are corrosion-resistant. The internal test tube rack is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, providing high corrosion resistance.

The BSPE-104 features a vacuum tank design with good sealing, high consistency, anti-cross pollution, and anti-atomization properties. It offers simple and rapid operation with no phase separation, facilitating easy collection of analysis components and processing of small samples.
