Note: Yealink recommends using included accessories. Other accessories may cause compatibility issues.
How to Connect
Diagram shows connections for the headset base, a desk phone, a PC, and an optional Busylight BLT60. The base connects to the PC via USB and to the desk phone via USB or other means. The power adapter connects to the base.
Headset Wear and Adjustment
Instructions and diagrams show how to wear the headset over the ear and adjust the microphone. The microphone is positioned approximately 1/2 inch (12mm) from the corner of the mouth.
Earmuff Replacement
Diagrams illustrate the process of replacing the earmuffs on the headset.
How to Use
The headset base has the following buttons:
- PC Button 1: Press to enter the softphone dialing screen, answer, or enter a softphone's call.
- Phone Button 2: Press to enter the phone dialing screen, answer, or end a phone's call.
- Teams Button / Voice Assistant Button 3:
- (Teams Edition) Press to invoke the Teams client; Hold 2 seconds to activate Cortana.
- (UC Edition) Hold 2 seconds to activate voice assistant.
Note: Ensure the Microsoft Teams client is installed on your PC, smartphone, or tablet before using Teams button functions.
The headset itself has the following controls:
- Mute Button 4: Press to mute or unmute the microphone.
- Volume Up 5 / Volume Down 7: Hold for 2 seconds to activate Cortana; Press to adjust volume up or down.
- Teams Button/Answer Call Button 6: Press to answer, reject, or end a call.

Safety Instructions
- Save and read all safety instructions before use.
- Observe safety precautions during operation, storage, and transportation. Avoid collision and damage to the device.
- Do not pull or over-bend cables.
- Disconnect from power supply during thunderstorms. Unplug the power plug and radio frequency cables to avoid lightning strikes.
- Disconnect from power supply if the device is left unused for extended periods.
- If smoke, abnormal noise, or smell is detected, disconnect from power supply and contact a maintenance center.
- Do not insert foreign objects into device slots.
- Connect the grounding cable first before connecting other cables.
Cleaning Requirements
- Disconnect from power supply before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry, anti-static cloth for cleaning.
- Ensure the power plug is clean and dry to prevent electric shock.
Environmental Recycling
Dispose of the device according to local environmental regulations. Components may be recycled.
Troubleshooting
- Unit cannot supply power: Check plug connection, try a different outlet, ensure the cable is correctly connected, or check for debris in ports.
- Cannot connect cable properly: Ensure the correct Yealink device and power supply are used.
- Usage environment out of range: Use the device within the specified operating temperature range.
Contact your dealer or an authorized service facility for further assistance.
Environmental Requirements
- Place the device in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, dust, heat sources, and flammable materials.
- Keep the device dry and on a stable, level surface.
- Allow at least 10 cm clearance for heat dissipation.
- Keep away from strong magnetic or electromagnetic fields.
Operating Requirements
- Supervise children when using the device.
- Use only manufacturer-provided accessories.
- Use the provided surge protection power socket.
- Ensure hands are dry when plugging/unplugging cables.
- Do not expose the product to liquids or use near water.
