Be Heard Crystal Clearly
With Yealink Acoustic Shield Technology, the two Microphones built in WH63 block the background noise automatically but ensure participant voice be heard clearly, greatly boost the communication efficiency.

Busylight is enabled in WH63. With the light on the headset or BLT60 on the desk turning red, people around you would know that you are on the phone, instead of interrupting you unknowingly. Just stay focused on conversation, for higher efficiency, for better collaboration.

Note:
- We recommend that you use the included accessories, because other accessories may have compatibility issues that prevent them from working properly.
- If you want to connect to Yealink T3 series phones, you need to purchase Yealink EHS35 wireless headset adapter separately.
- One of the eartips has been attached to the headset.
2 Connection

3 Charge the Headset

5 Usage

Note: Before using the Teams functions, you should install the Microsoft Teams client on your PC.
Software
Yealink USB Connect
Yealink provides a USB device manager client - Yealink USB Connect, which you can use to personalize and manage your Yealink headsets. The software interface shows management options for various Yealink devices including MP50, WH63, WH66, and UVC30, displaying firmware version, connection method, status, and serial number.

- DC symbol: is the DC voltage symbol.

General Requirements
- Before installation and use, read safety instructions carefully and observe during operation.
- Keep the device dry and clean during storage, transportation, and operation; avoid collision and crash.
- Do not attempt to dismantle the device yourself. Contact an appointed maintenance center for repair.
- Respect relevant laws and statutes, and the legal rights of others.
Environmental Requirements
- Place the device in a well-ventilated area. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
- Keep the device dry and free of dust.
- Do not place the device near inflammable or fire-vulnerable objects (e.g., rubber-made materials).
- Keep the device away from heat sources or bare fire (e.g., candles, electric heaters).
Operating Requirements
- Do not let children operate the device without guidance.
- Do not let children play with the device or accessories to prevent accidental swallowing.
- Use only provided or authorized accessories.
- Ensure the power supply meets the device's input voltage requirements. Use the provided surge protection power socket.
- Ensure hands are completely dry before plugging or unplugging cables.
- Do not spill liquids on the product or use near water (e.g., bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, wet basement, swimming pool).
- During thunderstorms, stop using the device and disconnect it from the power supply, including the ADSL cable, to avoid lightning strikes.
- If the device is unused for a long time, disconnect it from the power supply.
- If smoke, abnormal noise, or smell is emitted, disconnect the device from the power supply immediately.
- Contact the specified maintenance center for repair.
- Do not insert foreign objects into equipment slots.
- Connect the grounding cable first before connecting other cables; do not disconnect the grounding cable until all other cables are disconnected.
Battery Requirements
- Do not immerse the battery in water to prevent short-circuiting and damage.
- Do not expose the battery to open flames or high temperatures, which could cause explosion.
- Power off the handset before removing the battery.
- Do not use the battery for other devices.
- Do not open or mutilate the battery; released electrolyte is corrosive.
- Use only the provided rechargeable battery pack or Yealink-recommended packs.
- Dispose of defective or exhausted batteries as municipal waste; return them to the supplier, dealer, or designated collection facility.
Cleaning Requirements
- Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry, anti-static cloth for cleaning.
- Keep the power plug clean and dry.
Troubleshooting
The unit cannot supply power to Yealink device.
Issue: Bad connection with the plug.
- Clean the plug with a dry cloth.
- Connect it to another wall outlet.
The usage environment is out of operating temperature range.
- Use in the operating temperature range.
The cable between the unit and the Yealink device is connected incorrectly.
- Connect the cable correctly.
You cannot connect the cable properly.
- You may have connected a wrong Yealink device.
- Use the correct power supply.
Some dust, etc., may be in the port.
- Clean the port.
Contact your dealer or authorized service facility for any further questions.
