Read and follow each step of the instruction carefully. ℹ️

Tools Required

Tools: Phillips head screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, hammer, drill.

Drill bit sizes: Ø 8 mm (5/16") for most anchors, Ø 3 mm (1/8") for specific screws.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Sliding Door Runners

Attach the sliding door runners (CL and CR) to the two base panels using 9 screws (part 10047245) per panel.

Step 2: Connect Side Panels

Connect the side panels to the base panels. Ensure a secure connection, indicated by a "Click!" sound.

Step 3: Insert Internal Dividers

Slide the internal divider panels into their designated slots.

Step 4: Attach Back Panels

Secure the back panels to the main frame structure.

Step 5: Attach Horizontal Supports

Insert dowels (101345) and attach horizontal support pieces using 4 screws.

Step 6: Attach More Horizontal Supports

Insert dowels (101345) and attach additional horizontal support pieces using 4 screws.

Step 7: Attach Legs

Attach the legs to the underside of the unit using 8 screws (part 101345) and washers (part 100212).

Step 8: Attach Legs

Attach the remaining legs using 8 screws (part 100001).

Step 9: Attach Base Plates

Attach the base plates for the drawer slides using 4 screws (part 10047135).

Step 10: Assemble Main Carcass

Continue assembling the main carcass structure.

Step 11: Attach Top Panel

Secure the top panel using 16 screws (part 10078589) and 12 cam locks (part 10124242).

Step 12: Attach Drawer/Door Runners

Attach the drawer and sliding door runners to the inside of the unit. Use 2x parts 10124242 and 2x parts 10094662.

Step 13: Insert Sliding Doors

Carefully insert the sliding doors into their tracks.

Step 14: Attach Sliding Door Tracks

Secure the sliding door tracks using 2x screws (part 10094662).

Step 15: Secure Sliding Doors

Use clips to secure the sliding doors in place, following the numbered sequence (1-4).

Step 16: Attach Back Panel Supports

Attach supports for the back panels using 4x screws (part 108528).

Step 17: Attach Leg Supports

Attach leg supports using 2x screws (part 10003283) and 2x dowels (part 117001).

Step 18: Attach Leg Supports

Attach remaining leg supports using 2x screws (part 10003283) and 2x dowels (part 117001).

Step 19: Attach Top Bar

Attach the top bar using 4x screws (part 117001) and 4x dowels (part 100001).

Step 20: Secure Main Structure

Use 4x bolts (part 10121698), 4x nuts (part 10114605), and washers to secure the main structure.

Step 21: Attach Adjustable Feet

Screw in the 4x adjustable feet (part 190459) using a wrench.

Step 22: Wall Anchoring

Secure the unit to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware. Use appropriate anchors based on wall type:

• Type A (Solid Walls): Use Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit and provided screws/plugs.
• Type B (Hollow Walls): Use Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit and provided screws/plugs.
• Type C (Solid Wood): Use Ø 3 mm (1/8") drill bit and screws without plugs.

Step 23: Attach Drawer Runners to Unit

Attach drawer runners to the inside of the unit using 2x screws (part 100823), 2x dowels (part 109049), and 2x dowels (part 106989).

Step 24: Attach Drawer Runners to Unit

Attach remaining drawer runners to the unit using 8x screws (part 10075382).

Step 25: Insert Shelves

Place the shelves into their designated positions within the unit.

Step 26: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Boxes

Attach drawer slides (part 10094656) to the assembled drawer boxes.

Step 27: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Boxes

Attach the remaining drawer slides (part 10094681) to the drawer boxes.

Step 28: Insert Drawers

Slide the assembled drawers into the unit. They should click into place.

Step 29: Attach Back Panels

Secure the back panels using 2x screws (part 119976) and 2x dowels (part 10109447).

Step 30: Attach Doors

Attach the doors to the unit.

Step 31: Adjust Doors

Adjust the doors using the provided mechanism to ensure proper alignment and closure.

Step 32: Assemble Drawer Boxes

Assemble the drawer boxes by connecting the sides and bottoms.

Step 33: Fold Drawer Sides

Fold the sides of the drawer boxes into position.

Step 34: Attach Drawer Bottoms

Slide the drawer bottoms into the grooves and secure them.

Step 35: Attach Drawer Fronts

Attach the drawer fronts to the assembled drawer boxes.

Step 36: Attach Drawer Handles

Attach the drawer handles using 4x screws (part 159553).

Step 37: Attach Drawer Slides to Assembled Drawers

Attach the drawer slides (DL, DR) to the sides of the assembled drawer boxes using 6x screws (part 10047245).

Step 38: Insert Drawers

Carefully insert the completed drawers into their respective compartments in the TV bench.

Final Adjustments

Adjust the sliding doors as needed for smooth operation and proper alignment.
