The Klein Tools Adjustable-Leg Sawhorse delivers a versatile work support solution with wood beam support arms to allow a pair of sawhorses to be converted into a solid jobsite table; suitable for the jobsite, shop, or garage. Durable construction provides the capability to support material up to 1500 lbs (680 kg) per sawhorse. Optimize the preferred work height by moving the adjustable legs to the desired height. - ⚠️ DO NOT exceed the load rating of the sawhorse. Overloading can lead to failure of the product which may result in serious bodily injury.
- ? DO NOT stand on sawhorse: Not for use as a step ladder or scaffold.
- ⚠️ DO NOT stack sawhorses to obtain extra height.
- ⚠️ DO NOT attempt to move a sawhorse that is bearing weight.
- The Load Rating for one sawhorse is 1500 lb. (680 kg) and is contingent on the following factors:
- Uniformly-distributed load across the top rail of the sawhorse.
- The load is stationary: sudden or dynamic loading may cause product failure.
- The feet are on a flat and level surface able to support the load.
- Inspect all components before use. Do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
- Use only on dry, flat, hard, level surfaces that are able to support the load. Verify that all feet have solid contact with ground and the sawhorse does not rock or slide.
- Legs must be opened, and leg brace locked in place. Ensure height adjust levers are fully locked prior to use.

Operating Instructions
- To extend the first leg, locate the "Open 1st" sticker and press the corresponding button while supporting leg with other hand (See Figure A). Figure A illustrates the initial leg extension process.
- Push down leg brace until fully locked in place. Verify that the top of the legs lock solidly against the body (See Figure B). Figure B shows the leg brace locking mechanism.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 to fold down the second pair of legs.
- To Adjust Leg Height: On each leg, pull height adjust lever to unlock the lower leg. Slide the lower leg up and down to the desired height. Make sure the locking tooth is engaged with a corresponding hole in the upper leg. Close the height adjust lever to lock in place (See Figure C). Figure C demonstrates the leg height adjustment.
- To Use Material Supports: Fold out the material support pegs to hold material for cutting or storage. Material Supports maximum weight is 80 lbs (36 kg) each (See Figure D). Figure D shows the material support pegs in use.
- Create a solid jobsite table with two sawhorses. Insert a standard wood beam into each of the two lumber slots, spanning both saw horses (See Figure E). Figure E illustrates setting up two sawhorses and a connecting beam.
- Place a sheet of plywood across the two wooden crossbeams and sawhorses, making sure the plywood is fully supported on all sides (See Figure F). Figure F depicts the completed jobsite table with a plywood surface.
