Cautions
Before using the product, please pay attention to the following procedures:

Requirements for Usage Environment
- Before use, inspect the appearance of the digital manometer and check if its display function is normal when powered on.
- If the battery indicator is flashing or unstable, it indicates low battery power for the digital manometer, and the battery should be replaced.
- Keep away from places with vibration and strong magnetic fields, and try to avoid using it in environments with drastic temperature changes.
- During measurement, avoid squeezing the silicone tube to ensure that air pressure is properly transmitted to the sensor in the digital manometer.
- The maximum measuring pressure for the digital manometer is 200 kPa. The pressure value during measurement must not exceed this value to prevent overloading and damaging the instrument.

Interface Display
The interface displays various indicators and values:
- Battery display: Shows current battery level.
- Data records/Groups: Indicates the number of recorded data sets.

Operations Instruction
Battery Installation Instructions
- Open the battery cover on the back of the device.
- Insert the batteries (4 x 1.5V AAA batteries), paying attention to the correct polarity.
- Close the battery cover securely.
Basic Instructions
Connection Method
Connect the device to the supplied hose, then connect it to the larger diameter hose using an appropriate adapter. Finally, connect the measurement equipment.
Unit Settings
To enter the Settings, press and hold the Setting button (OK/⚙️) for 2 seconds. Then, press the selection button (▼) to choose from 11 available units. After selection, press the OK button (OK/⚙️) to return to the main screen.
Backlight Selection
- Press the backlight key (⏻/?) to turn on/off the backlight.
- Double-click the backlight key (⏻/?) to turn on the instrument flashlight.
Data and Interface Lock
- Press the lock button (?) to lock data, interface, sound, and backlight simultaneously. A lock icon will appear on the interface.
- To unlock, press the lock button (?) again. Data, interface, sound, and backlight will return to normal, and the lock icon will disappear.
Workflow
Automatic Shutdown
The device will automatically power off after 10 minutes of inactivity or when there's no pressure applied.
Operating Steps
- Long press the power button (⏻/?) for 3 seconds to turn on the instrument and enter the main screen.
- Connect PVC hoses to both ends of the pressure sensor.
- Press the data record button (REC/Q) to enter the record mode.
- Long press the zero button (P=0) for 5 seconds to perform atmospheric pressure calibration. The page displays calibration status "......... P=0".
- Press the record button (REC/Q) to start recording data; Press the record button (REC/Q) again to add another set of data. Repeat to record up to 29 sets of data.
- After recording the data, long-press the record button (REC/Q). The interface will display a viewing icon (Q), indicating that the device is in viewing mode. (Max: This represents the maximum reading since the instrument was last turned on or reset; Min: This represents the minimum reading since the last measurement taken by the instrument.)
- In viewing mode, press the selection button (▼) to toggle and view recorded data.
- Long press the record button (REC/Q) for 2 seconds to return to the main screen.
Maintenance Service
AUTOOL products are made of long-lasting and durable materials, and the company insists on a perfect production process. Each product leaves the factory after 35 procedures and 12 times of testing and inspection work, ensuring excellent quality and performance. Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure long-term stable operation.
Maintenance Guidelines
To maintain the performance and appearance of the product, the following product care guidelines should be read carefully:
- Be careful not to rub the product against rough surfaces or wear the product, especially the sheet metal housing.
- Regularly check the product parts that need to be tightened and connected. If found loose, tighten them in time to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. External and internal parts of the equipment in contact with various chemical media should be frequently treated with anti-corrosion treatment such as rust removal and painting to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life.
- Comply with safe operating procedures and do not overload the equipment. The safety guards of the products are complete and reliable.
- Unsafe factors should be eliminated in time. The circuit part should be checked thoroughly and aging wires should be replaced in time.
- Adjust the clearance of various parts and replace worn (broken) parts. Avoid contact with corrosive liquids.
- When not in use, store the product in a dry place. Do not store the product in hot, humid, or non-ventilated places.
Warranty
From the date of receipt, AUTOOL provides a three-year warranty for the main unit and all included accessories are covered by a one-year warranty.
Warranty Access
- The repair or replacement of products is determined by the actual breakdown situation of the product.
- AUTOOL guarantees the use of brand new components, accessories, or devices for repair or replacement.
- If the product fails within 90 days after customer receipt, the buyer should provide both video and picture. AUTOOL will bear shipping costs and provide accessories for free replacement. If the product is received for more than 90 days, the customer will bear the appropriate cost, and AUTOOL will provide parts for free replacement.
Conditions Not Covered by Warranty
- The product was not purchased through official or authorized channels.
- Product breakdown occurred because the user did not follow product instructions for use or maintenance.

Return & Exchange Service
- If an AUTOOL user is not satisfied with AUTOOL products purchased from online authorized shopping platforms and offline authorized dealers, products can be returned within seven days from the date of receipt; or exchanged for another product of the same value within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned and exchanged products must be in fully saleable condition with documentation of the relevant bill of sale, all relevant accessories, and original packaging.
- AUTOOL will inspect returned items to ensure they are in good condition and eligible. Any item that does not pass inspection will be returned to the user, and no refund will be issued.
- Products can be exchanged through the customer service center or AUTOOL authorized distributors. The policy for return and exchange is to return the product from where it was purchased. For difficulties or problems with return or exchange, contact AUTOOL Customer Service.
