Tier Advancement Criteria
Technicians can advance tiers through monthly evaluations based on training, exams, installation performance, and customer satisfaction.
Details on advancement:
- Training and exams for tier upgrades are conducted monthly. Details are available via the LINE group: @ชมรมช่างแอร์ซัมซุง (Samsung Aircon Technicians Club).
- The number of installations per month, exam scores, installation scores, and customer satisfaction ratings are used to determine eligibility for training and tier upgrades.

Points Accumulation for Prizes
Points are calculated based on the model installed and the installation score percentage. For example, installing model AC071TN4PKC/TS earns 5 points. If the installation score is 84%, the total points earned would be 5 * 0.84 = 4.2 points.

Campaign Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Open only to independent air conditioner technicians purchasing Samsung products from authorized dealers.
- Campaign Period: Points accumulation and redemption period is from February 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021.
- Prizes: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Changes: Samsung reserves the right to change prizes and conditions without prior notice.
- Disputes: In case of disputes, Samsung's decision is final.
- App Compatibility: The SWAT App is only compatible with the Android operating system.
- Technician Conduct: Technicians must adhere to professional conduct and standards during service.
- Employment Status: Technicians participating in this program are independent contractors and not employees of Samsung Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
- Liability: Samsung is not liable for any damages caused by technicians to customers or their property. Technicians are solely responsible for any damages they cause.
- Confidentiality: Technicians must not disclose Samsung's or customer information.

SWAT App Registration Process
- Register via the LINE Official Account: Follow the link to register, accept terms, and fill in information.
- Receive Confirmation: Await confirmation (ID) from the administrator.
- Download App: Download the SWAT App (Android only).
- Password Reset: Use the "Forgot Password" function on the SWAT App and enter your registered email to receive a password reset link.
- Set New Password: Set a new password via the email link.
- Login: Access the app using your ID and the newly set password.

Customer Agreement
Customers agree to allow technicians to photograph installations and upload customer information (name, address, phone number) via the SWAT App. This is for the purpose of verifying installation quality and enabling technicians to receive program benefits.
