Wiring Diagram
Note 1: Use the specified amperage fuse for each lead. Using a higher amperage fuse may cause serious damage to the device.
Note 2: During production, some cable colors, hole positions, tape, and functions may change. Please refer to the wiring diagram on the machine as standard.
Speaker Cables Wiring:
There are four groups of speaker cables: purple, grey, white, and green. Each color represents a group. Connect each to a speaker's positive and negative wire.
Power Cables Wiring:

Camera Wiring
1. Power cable: red and black
- Red: reverse light positive
- Black: reverse light negative
2. RCA cable: yellow port. Insert into "CAM-IN" port (yellow) on the radio.
3. Connection: Ensure the "back in" cable on the radio power cable is connected to the reversing light positive wire. This allows the device to automatically display the rear view image when parking and return to the radio page when parking finishes.
Note 1: The short red wires near the RCA port do not require connection.
Note 2: While in parking mode, other functions will temporarily stop working.
How to confirm if the camera is good?
After connecting the camera power cables, if the LED light is on, the camera is functioning correctly.
Trouble Shooting
We aim to ensure every customer has a positive experience. All devices are tested to ensure they function correctly before shipment.
1. No power
- Confirm the power source is DC 12V and the power harness is connected tightly.
- Use only the power wires supplied with the radio.
- Check that all power cables (red to ACC, yellow to battery positive, black to battery negative) are connected correctly and ports are tight.
- Verify the fuse is good. Replace with the correct value fuse if necessary.
2. Turns on/off automatically
- Disconnect all wires.
- Connect only the red and yellow wires directly to a DC 12V battery positive, and the black wire to the battery negative.
- Check if the problem persists. If not, the issue may be with the ACC connection. If it persists and the "No power" checks have been completed, the device may be defective. Contact the seller for warranty.
3. No sound, or sound disappears after a while (can play USB/SD, but no sound)
Notice: Two common causes for "no sound" are: ① Speaker negative cable is grounded. ② The amplifier chip is burned due to a short circuit in wiring.
- Check if your speaker cables are shorted. Ensure each is wired in isolation.
- If wiring is confirmed correct, test with a separate speaker. This can help determine if the problem originates from the radio or your car's system.
4. Bluetooth not working or disconnecting
- Try "forgetting" the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings, then search for the signal again. The PIN code is typically "0000".
- If Bluetooth still does not work, locate the "reset hole" on the front panel and perform a reset. Alternatively, disconnect the power connector for a few minutes and then reconnect it.
5. Microphone (mic) not working or poor call quality
- Check the Bluetooth volume settings.
- Ensure the microphone is not obstructed or too far from the speaker (e.g., dashboard placement might be too low).
6. Cannot read USB flash disk or SD/TF card
Confirm the capacity of the USB flash disk or SD memory card. The device typically supports cards up to 32 GB. Try using other flash disks with fewer songs. Ensure the SD/TF card is inserted correctly.
7. Remote control not working
Check if the remote has a correct battery installed. The model is typically CR2025.
8. Reversing camera not working
Verify all cables are wired according to the "camera wiring" section, paying close attention to point 3. If unsure about wiring, contact support.
9. Car radio noise problem
- Some cars may experience noise, especially when using an amplifier, often due to interference. Ensure all cables are well-wrapped and not in contact with each other.
- Test with a separate speaker to determine if the noise originates from the radio or the car's system.
10. Cannot save time or radio station settings
Check if the Yellow cable is connected to the car's constant 12V+ battery terminal. This provides continuous power required for saving settings.
11. How to save favorite radio stations
When you find a station you like, long-press the desired band number to save it.
12. Mirror Link Function not working
- This device supports Mirror Link for Android phones (Android 4.0-7.0) only; it does not support iPhones.
- Use the original USB data cable for connection, as the function is sensitive to cable quality.
- Try connecting another Android phone to test if the issue is with your specific phone model.
13. Touch Screen not sensitive
This device uses a resistance touchscreen, which requires a single point of contact. Use your fingernail or a firm press of your finger.
14. No AM/RDS/DAB Radio
This device supports FM radio tuning only; it does not support AM, RDS, or DAB radio.
