Common Problems and Simple Troubleshooting
1) Unable to boot normally
Reasons: Incorrect wiring (e.g., missing connections, reversed polarity), incompatible wiring colors, improper car plug connection, blown fuse, or internal unit damage. Always check wiring carefully. Test with a separate 12V power supply if needed.
2) Automatic shut-down
Conditions: Incorrect connection of the blue cable (automatic antenna power supply) to the unit's power cable, or unstable voltage supply. Test with a stable 12V-5A power supply.
3) Having noise
Causes: Insufficient original speaker power, or speaker cables are grounded. Solution: Use higher power speakers or ensure speaker cables are properly connected and not grounded.
Troubleshooting (Continued)
4) Remote control cannot be used
Test remote control function using a phone camera to detect infrared light. If no light, replace the battery.
5) Settings can not be saved (no memory)
Check yellow and red wire connections. Ensure they are correctly connected to positive and key control respectively.
6) Car audio with Bluetooth but it can't work
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the phone, search for "CAR-BT", and connect using PIN Code "0000".
7) The product smoke has proved that the internal circuit has been burned.
If the unit emits smoke, the internal circuit is burned and requires repair. Replacing the fuse will not solve the problem.
8) How to adjust the sound, where is the equalizer set, the sound can not be adjusted
Adjust volume using the knob. Access equalizer settings via the volume knob. If sound cannot be adjusted, try resetting the unit or checking for a broken volume knob.
9) No display of reversing video
Check wiring connections for the camera, power, and video cables. Ensure the reverse control line (pink/brown) is connected to the positive pole of 12V, and the CAME video input is correctly connected. Verify backup light connections.
10) USB flash disk can not be played, the card slot does not enter the card?
For USB playback issues, format the USB drive to FAT32. For card slot issues, check if the memory card is inserted correctly and if the slot is damaged.
11) FM does not receive the radio station
Ensure the antenna plug is fully inserted and the antenna is not disconnected. Try automatic channel search or manual search. If issues persist, try inserting a metal strip into the antenna port as a temporary antenna.
12) There is no sound right after installation
Check for short-circuited speaker cables. Ensure the original car wiring has sufficient speaker cables (two per speaker).
13) There is no sound after a while
Disconnect speaker cables and test with an external speaker. If sound is present, the car's speaker wiring or speakers may be faulty. If no sound, the unit may be broken.
