This manual covers the assembly of the Gladiator Flex Cabinet System. The following models are referenced:

The system includes various cabinet types:
- 30" Tall Cabinet
- 24" Wall Cabinet
- 24" 2-Door Base Cabinet
- 24" 1-Drawer 2-Door Base Cabinet
Cabinet Safety
Your safety and the safety of others are very important. Read and obey all safety messages.
Safety Alert Symbol: This symbol alerts you to potential hazards that can kill or hurt you and others. Safety messages will follow this symbol and either the word "DANGER" or "WARNING."
- DANGER: You can be killed or seriously injured if you don't immediately follow instructions.
- WARNING: You can be killed or seriously injured if you don't follow instructions.
All safety messages will tell you what the potential hazard is, how to reduce the chance of injury, and what can happen if instructions are not followed.
This product is intended for use in the garage.
Specific Warnings:
- Excessive Weight Hazard: Use two or more people to move and install the cabinet. Failure to do so can result in back or other injury.
- Tip Over Hazard: A child or adult can tip the cabinet and be killed. Firmly close and lock doors and drawers before moving the cabinet. Failure to do so can result in serious injury or death.
Important Safety Instructions:
- The product is intended for use in the garage.
- Close and lock the doors and drawer before moving this product.
- It is always recommended to secure the cabinets to the wall with the wall strap and bracket provided.
- DO NOT put anything on the top panel of the wall cabinet or tall cabinet.
- If the base cabinets have casters attached, please remove all items from the cabinet tops before moving the base cabinets.

Assembly Instructions
Tools Required: Hex Wrench (included), Drill with a 10mm Hex Socket Driver Bit (not included), Tape measure (not included), #2 Phillips Head Screwdriver (not included).
General Note: Two people may be required for assembly. Place the cardboard packaging on the ground and lay cabinets flat on their back (doors facing up).
Step 1: Install the Adjustable Feet
Close and lock the cabinet doors. If opening doors during this step, do so slowly and without weight to avoid hinge damage. Install 4 adjustable feet (P2) to the bottom of each base cabinet and tall cabinet.
Step 2: Install the Grommets for Cord Management (Optional)
Use the short side of the hex wrench to punch out knockouts for desired cord access holes. Install grommets (P5) into these holes. (1 grommet per cabinet).
Step 3: Install the Shelves
Insert shelf brackets (P3) into the slots at desired heights and place shelves (P11, P12, P13) over the brackets. Ensure all four shelf brackets are at the same height.
- 3a. Install shelf in 2-door base cabinet: Use 1 shelf (P13) and 4 shelf supports (P3).
- 3b. Install shelf in wall cabinet: Use 1 shelf (P12) and 4 shelf supports (P3).
- 3c. Install shelf in 1-drawer 2-door base cabinet: Use 1 shelf (P13) and 4 shelf supports (P3).
- 3d. Install shelves in tall cabinet: Use 3 shelves (P11) and 12 shelf supports (P3).
Step 4: Connect the Tall Cabinet to the Wall
Note: This is for direct wall attachment. For Gladiator GearTrack channels, see page 12. Important: M6 x 40 hex tapping bolts (F2) must be drilled into a wall stud.
Bolt the wall bracket (P4) to a wall stud using two M6 x 40 hex tapping bolts (F2). Fasten the tall cabinet to the wall bracket using the wall strap (P1).
Step 5: Connect the Wall Cabinet(s) to the Wall
Note: This is for direct wall attachment. For Gladiator GearTrack channels, see page 12. Important: M6 x 40 hex tapping bolts (F2) must be drilled into a wall stud.
Find wall studs and bolt the mounting bracket (P6) to as many studs as possible using M6 x 40 hex tapping bolts (F2). Hang the wall cabinet onto the mounting bracket. The distance between the cabinet's top and bracket's bottom edge should be 4-7/8". The distance between the cabinet and bracket should be 2". The distance between brackets should be 3-7/8".
Step 6: Connect the Wall Cabinet(s) to Adjoining Cabinets
Important: M6 x 40 hex tapping bolts (F2) must be drilled into a wall stud. This step shows connecting multiple cabinets (sold separately).
Connect wall cabinets using four M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (F1), four nuts (F3), and four washers (F4) per connection. Attach each wall cabinet's bottom to wall studs with two M6 x 40 hex tapping bolts (F2).
Step 7: Position the Base Cabinets
Important: M6 x 40 hex tapping bolts (F2) must be drilled into a wall stud.
- 7a. Install the wall bracket: Bolt the wall bracket (P4) for each base cabinet to a wall stud using two M6 x 40 hex tapping bolts (F2).
- 7b. Tie the base cabinet and wall bracket together: Fasten the base cabinet using the wall strap (P1) to tie the base cabinet and wall bracket together. Remove the drawer from the 1-drawer 2-door base cabinet before this step (see page 18).
- 7c. Install the drawer and place the top mats: Reinstall the drawer into the 1-drawer 2-door base cabinet. Place the top mats (P7) on top of the base cabinets.
Step 8: Install the Closet Rod in the Tall Cabinet
Install the closet rod (P9) into the designated slots within the tall cabinet.
Step 9: Install the Basket Tracks in the Tall Cabinet
Install two basket tracks (P10) to the bottom of the tall cabinet's shelf using four M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (F1). Each tall cabinet includes one basket (P8). Additional baskets can be purchased.
Step 10: Install the Basket
Attach the basket (P8) to the basket tracks (P10) already installed on the tall cabinet shelf's bottom.
Install Cabinet to Gladiator® GearTrack® Channel
Note: Flex Brackets (P6) are sold individually. GearTrack channels are sold separately.
Install the 30" Tall Cabinet
1. Attach three mounting brackets (P6) to the tall cabinet's back using eight M6 round head square neck bolts (F5) and eight M6 flange nuts (F3).
2. Hang the tall cabinet onto the GearTrack channels, ensuring all three brackets are fully engaged in the slots.
Install the 24" Wall Cabinet
1. Attach two M6 x 16 hex socket head screws (F1) to the mounting bracket (P6).
2. Attach the mounting bracket (P6) to the wall cabinet's back top using four M6 round head square neck bolts (F5) and four M6 flange nuts (F3).
3. Hang the wall cabinet onto the GearTrack channels, ensuring the bracket is fully engaged in the wall slots. Tighten the pre-attached M6 x 16 hex socket head screws.
Note: For wall cabinets on GearTrack, a second channel must be installed 6" (15.24 cm) below the supporting channel for the cabinet to hang level.
Install the 24" 2-door Base Cabinet
1. Turn the base cabinet upside down. Attach two mounting brackets (P6) to the back of the cabinet using eight M6 round head square neck bolts (F5) and eight M6 flange nuts (F3).
2. Hang the base cabinet onto the GearTrack channels, ensuring both brackets are fully engaged in the slots.
Install the 24" 1-drawer 2-door Base Cabinet
1. Remove the drawer (see page 18). Turn the cabinet upside down. Attach two mounting brackets (P6) to the back of the cabinet using eight M6 round head square neck bolts (F5) and eight M6 flange nuts (F3).
2. Hang the base cabinet onto the GearTrack channels, ensuring both brackets are fully engaged in the slots. Reinstall the drawer.
Install Cabinet to Gladiator® GearWall® Panel
Note: Flex Brackets (P6) are sold individually. GearWall panels are sold separately.
Install the 24" 2-door Base Cabinet
Install two mounting brackets (P6) to the base cabinet (see page 14). Hang the base cabinet onto the GearWall panels, ensuring both brackets are fully engaged in the slots.
Install the 30" Tall Cabinet
Install three mounting brackets (P6) to the tall cabinet (see page 12). Hang the tall cabinet onto the GearWall panels, ensuring all three brackets are fully engaged in the slots.
Install the 24" Wall Cabinet
Install the mounting bracket (P6) to the wall cabinet (see page 13). Hang the wall cabinet onto the GearWall panels, ensuring the bracket is fully engaged in the wall slots. Tighten the pre-attached M6 x 16 hex socket head screws.
Install the 24" 1-drawer 2-door Base Cabinet
Install two mounting brackets (P6) to the base cabinet (see page 15). Hang the base cabinet onto the GearWall panels, ensuring both brackets are fully engaged in the slots. Reinstall the drawer (see page 18).
Door Adjustment
Adjusting the door front to back: Use the rear screw on the soft-close hinge. Adjusting the door side to side: Use the front screw on the soft-close hinge. Screw the inner screw on the hinge to adjust the gap between doors and cabinet shell, ensuring the door is level. Screw the outer screw to adjust the gap between doors, ensuring the door is level.
Drawer Removal and Replacement
Drawer Removal: Empty the drawer. Pull it out almost fully extended. Locate the two black release levers (one on each side). Pull up one lever while pushing down the other. While holding levers, pull the drawer outward until released.
Drawer Replacement: Extend the drawer slides. Insert the drawer brackets into the slide slots. Close the drawer completely to set the slides.
Weight Capacity
Capacities are approximate and may vary slightly by specific configuration. Always adhere to the maximum load limits.
- 24" 2-Door Base Cabinet: Max 620 lbs.
- 24" 1-Drawer 2-Door Base Cabinet: Max 670 lbs.
- 24" Wall Cabinet: Max 120 lbs.
- 30" Tall Cabinet: Max 870 lbs. (Shelf's maximum load capacity includes the basket weight and load inside the basket).
- Closet rod: Max 50 lbs.
- Shelves (general): Max 200 lbs.
- Baskets: Max 10 lbs.
Maintenance and Care
Maintenance:
- Periodically check all screws and nuts for tightness and tighten as necessary.
- Periodically check the wall strap for tightness and tighten as necessary.
Care and Cleaning:
- Periodically clean surfaces with a soft rag and water.
- Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning fluids. Use a non-flammable cleaning fluid.
