Installation Instructions
STEP 1: Attach Metal Frames and Mark Holes
Attach the metal frames (02) to the shelves (01). Ensure screws go through the designated holes. Position the assembled shelf unit against the wall at the desired location and mark the hole positions with a pencil.
Visual Description: Depicts attaching metal frames to shelves and then marking wall locations.
STEP 2: Determine Wall Type
Use a stud finder to check for wall studs at the marked locations. Select the appropriate installation method based on your wall type:
- For wood stud installation, proceed to Step 3A.
- For drywall installation only, proceed to Step 3B.
- For solid concrete installation, proceed to Step 3C.
Visual Description: A stud finder icon is shown, with clear indicators for wood studs, drywall, and concrete walls.
STEP 3A: Wood Stud Installation
If mounting into wood studs, drill pilot holes at the marked locations. Secure the shelf unit to the studs using the provided screws (03) or lag screws (A). Refer to the diagram for screw types and sizes (ST4 x 15mm, ST4 x 40mm).
Visual Description: Illustrates drilling pilot holes into a wood stud and fastening the shelf with screws.
STEP 3B: Drywall Installation
For drywall installation, insert drywall anchors (B) into the pre-drilled holes. Then, use screws (likely ST4 x 40mm or similar) to attach the shelf unit to the wall through the anchors. (Anchor insertion depth approx. 1 3/16" (30mm), screw size approx. Ø1/4" (6mm)).
Visual Description: Shows inserting drywall anchors into the wall and then screwing the shelf to the wall. A warning icon ⚠️ is present.
STEP 3C: Solid Concrete Installation
For solid concrete installation, insert concrete wall anchors into the pre-drilled holes. Then, use screws (possibly M13 x 40mm or similar) to attach the shelf unit to the wall through the anchors. (Anchor insertion depth approx. 1 3/4" (45mm), screw size approx. Ø1/4" (6mm)).
Visual Description: Depicts inserting concrete wall anchors and then fastening the shelf to the wall. A warning icon ⚠️ is present.
STEP 4: Secure Shelves to the Wall
Ensure all screws are fully tightened to securely fasten the shelf unit to the wall. (Screw size approx. 3/16" (5mm) is indicated for final attachment).
Visual Description: Shows the final tightening of screws to secure the shelf to the wall.
STEP 5: Verify Shelves are Firmly Mounted
Confirm that the installed shelves are stable and securely mounted. The maximum weight capacity for this shelf is 22 lbs (10kg). ✔️
Visual Description: The final mounted shelf is shown with a checkmark icon and the weight capacity clearly displayed.
