Installation Steps
Step 1: Install Feed to Dish
Attach the Feed (B) to the Parabolic Reflector/Dish (A). The Feed and Dish are keyed for correct orientation. Align the alignment pin on the Dish with the corresponding hole on the Feed. Secure using four (4) M4 Bolt-Springlock-Washer Assemblies (Q).
Diagram description: Shows the Feed component being attached to the center of the Dish component using four bolts.
Step 2: Install Main Mounting Bracket and Elevation Rod
Attach the Main Mounting Bracket (C) to the Parabolic Reflector/Dish (A) using one (1) M10x150 Bolt (I). Install the Elevation Rod (G) to the Main Mounting Bracket (C) using three (3) M10x25 Bolts (J), three (3) M10 Washers (O), and three (3) M10 Spring Lock Washers (P). Secure the Elevation Rod (G) to the Dish (A) using two (2) M16 Washers (L) and two (2) M16 Nuts (K). Use one (1) M16 Spring Lock Washer (M) with one of the M16 Nuts (K). Ensure pivot points are loose to allow frame movement for elevation rod installation.

Step 3: Install Rocket and Waterproof Cables
This step is for models MD-5G30 and MD-3G26. Install the Rocket by aligning its slots with the Rocket/Dish bracket and sliding it into place. Connect two (2) Waterproof Cables (F) to the Rocket/Dish connectors. Place the rubber boot over the connectors for weatherproofing.
Diagram description: Shows the Rocket unit being attached to the dish bracket and waterproof cables being connected.
Step 4: Attach Stabilizer Bracket to Pole
Select a suitable location on the mounting pole for the Dish antenna. Attach the Stabilizer Bracket (E) to the pole just below where the Dish will be installed. Tighten the hardware to approximately 14 Nm (10 lb-ft). Use two (2) M10x100 Bolts (H), two (2) M10 Washers (O), two (2) M10 Spring Lock Washers (P), and two (2) M10 Nuts (N) to secure the Stabilizer Bracket (E) to the pole.

Step 5: Attach Antenna to Mounting Pole
The mounting bracket can accommodate poles from 1.5 to 4 inches in diameter. Mount the antenna assembly slightly above the stabilizer bracket. Use four (4) M10x150 Bolts (I), four (4) M10 Washers (O), four (4) M10 Spring Lock Washers (P), and four (4) M10 Nuts (N) to attach the antenna to the mounting pole.
Diagram description: Shows the main antenna assembly being secured to the mounting pole above the stabilizer bracket.
Step 6: Adjust Azimuth and Elevation
After a visual alignment for both elevation and azimuth, the azimuth can be adjusted by rotating the antenna while it is supported by the stabilizer bracket. Elevation is adjusted by tightening or loosening the elevation rod. Once the azimuth and elevation are set, tighten the nuts to approximately 14 Nm (10 lb-ft). Be cautious not to overtighten if the mounting pole shows signs of deformation.
