Warnings and Precautions
General Safety
- Ensure the power supply and outlet are in good contact and the grounding wire is firm.
- The instantaneous working current can reach 6-10 amperes (up to 10-15 amperes for AC110V models).
Voltage Stability
- Ensure the working chiller has a stable and normal voltage.
- The standard product operates at 220-240V (110V model at 110-120V). Customization for wider voltage ranges is available.
Power Frequency
- Mismatched power frequency can cause chiller damage. Select 50Hz or 60Hz based on the actual situation.
Water Level and Pump Protection
- Strictly forbidden to run the chiller without water in the storage tank to protect the pump.
- Ensure the tank has enough water before starting.
- When the water level is below the green (normal) range, cooling capacity may decrease. Maintain the water level in the green range.
- Circulating drainage is strictly forbidden.
Ventilation
- Ensure the air inlet and outlet are well ventilated.
- Maintain at least 30 cm clearance from the air outlet at the back and at least 8 cm from the side air intake.
Filter Maintenance
- The filter must be cleaned regularly.
- Failure to clean the dust meter can cause serious clogging.
Condensate Management
- As ambient humidity increases, condensate may form on water surfaces when water temperature is lower than ambient temperature.
- If condensate occurs, it is recommended to set a higher water temperature or keep connected pipes and cooling components warm.
Professional Use Only
- This device is not intended for use by children or individuals with physical, sensory, or mental impairments, or lack of experience/knowledge, unless supervised.
- The circulating water must use a sealed container (e.g., for laser tube cooling). Unsealed containers like basins or buckets are not suitable for circulating water cooling.

Installation Procedure
Installing this industrial chiller is straightforward. Follow these steps for the initial setup:
- Open Package: Check that the machine is secure and all necessary accessories are complete.
- Supply Cooling Water: Open the water supply inlet to add cooling water. Do not spill water. Slowly add water, observing the water level gauge, and avoid overflow. For cooling carbon steel equipment, add an appropriate amount of cooling water additive (anti-corrosion water aqua). Users in cold regions should use non-corrosive antifreeze.
- Connect Pipes: Connect the inlet and outlet pipes according to system conditions.
-
Plug In and Power On: Plug in the power supply and turn on the power switch. Do not start without water in the tank.
- Upon turning on the power switch, the circulating pump will start. Initial operation may produce bubbles, potentially causing temporary alarms. This should normalize after a few minutes.
- After the first start-up, immediately check the water pipes for leaks.
- If the water temperature is lower than the set value, it is normal for the fan and other components not to operate immediately. The temperature controller will manage the working state of compressors, solenoid valves, and fans based on set parameters.
- Restarting the compressor and other components requires a warm-up period, varying from seconds to minutes. Avoid frequent power cycling.
-
Check Water Level: The initial start may cause a slight drop in water level due to air purging. Add sufficient water to maintain the green (normal) level. Monitor the water level after a period of operation. If it drops significantly, re-check for pipe leaks.
Water Level Gauge: Shows three levels: FULL, NORMAL (green area), and ALARM. Ensure the level is within the NORMAL range. - Adjust Temperature Controller Parameters: CW-5000/5200 series use intelligent thermostats. Adjustment is usually not required. Refer to "Operating status and parameter tuning" if necessary.
