Getting Started
Inserting the SIM Card
To ensure your tablet can make calls, follow these steps to insert the SIM card:
- Press the SIM card pin into the side hole to eject the card tray.
- Remove the card tray and place the Nano SIM card or Nano SIM and TF card with the metal side facing down. Ensure the bevel angle of the card aligns with the bevel angle of the card slot.
- With the tablet facing up, insert the card holder back into the tablet in the direction of the arrow.
Powering On the Device
Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to boot the device.
Basic Operations
Sending SMS and MMS
SMS:
- Open the SMS app.
- Select 'New Message'.
- Enter a phone number or browse your contacts.
- Enter your text in the message field.
- Tap 'Send'.
MMS (Video/Images):
- When composing a text message, select the attachment icon (paperclip or camera icon).
- Choose images, videos, or other files to attach. You can also capture a new photo or video directly.
- Tap 'Send'.
Language Switching
To change the device language:
- Navigate to Main Menu > Settings > System Settings > Language & Input.
- Select 'Language' and then 'Add Language'.
- Choose your desired language from the list. The system will automatically switch to the selected language interface.
- To set it as the primary language, find the language in the list, tap and hold its icon, and drag it to the top position.
Safety and Maintenance
Safety Precautions
To ensure safe usage, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Keep the tablet at least 15 cm away from medical implants or pacemakers. Do not carry the device in a coat pocket if you have such devices.
- Avoid exposing the device and battery to high temperatures or heat-generating equipment (e.g., direct sunlight, heaters, microwaves, ovens, water heaters) as overheating can cause explosions.
- Disconnect the charger from the device and the power outlet when charging is complete or not in use.
- Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself if it is non-removable.
- Using unapproved or incompatible power sources, chargers, or batteries may lead to fire, explosion, or other hazards.
- Do not disassemble, short-circuit, puncture, immerse in water, or expose the battery to extreme pressure, heat, or liquids, as this can cause leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
- The company is not responsible for accidents caused by non-standard charging equipment.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance will ensure safer and more effective use and extend the device's lifespan:
- Follow the instructions in this manual for device operation and accessory use. Do not attempt alternative methods.
- Avoid dropping, hitting, or shaking the tablet. Rough handling can cause screen breakage or damage internal components.
- Do not use chemical solvents or detergents for cleaning. Wipe the tablet casing with a soft, damp cotton cloth with water or mild soap.
- Clean the camera lens and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- Troubleshooting: If the device freezes or crashes, press and hold the power button for over 12 seconds to force a restart. This can resolve general software issues.
- To prolong battery life, disconnect the charger once the battery is fully charged and avoid leaving it connected for extended periods.
SAR Information
This tablet meets government requirements for radio wave exposure. The Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limit for the USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. The DOOGEE T30 PRO (FCC ID: 2AX4YT30PRO) has been tested against this limit. The highest reported SAR value during certification for body-worn operations (0mm separation) is 0.781W/Kg(1g). To maintain compliance with RF exposure requirements, use accessories that keep a 0mm separation distance between the user's body and the tablet's back. Accessories should not contain metallic components. Avoid prolonged listening at very high volumes, as it can damage hearing.
FCC Compliance
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Warning: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
For Class B digital devices, the following statement must be included: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
