Getting Started
How to Insert SIM Card
To ensure your tablet can make calls, insert the SIM card in the following order:
- Press the card pin into the side hole. The card tray will pop up and can be pulled out.
- Take out the card slot and place the Nano SIM card or TF card with the metal side facing down. Ensure the bevel angle is aligned with the bevel angle of the card slot and placed in the corresponding card slot.
- With the tablet facing up, insert the card holder into the tablet in the direction of the arrow.
How to Boot Up
The device has a non-removable battery. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to boot the system.
Messaging
How to Send SMS
- Open the SMS app.
- Select "New message" or "New information".
- Enter a phone number or select from contacts.
- Enter your text in the message field.
- Press the "Send" icon.
How to Send MMS (Video/Photo)
- When writing a text message, tap the attachment icon (often a paperclip or camera icon).
- Select images, videos, or other files you wish to add. You can also take a new picture or video immediately.
- Press the "Send" icon.
Language Settings
To change the device language:
- Navigate to Main menu > Settings > System settings > Language & input method.
- Select "Language & input method" > "Languages" > "Add a language".
- Choose the desired language. The system will automatically switch to the selected language interface.
- To set it as the primary language, select the language bar and drag the language icon to the top position.
Safety Precautions
To ensure safe usage of the product, strictly adhere to the following rules:
- Keep the tablet at least 15 cm away from medical implants or pacemakers. Do not carry the device in a coat pocket if you have such devices.
- Avoid exposing the device and battery to high temperatures or heat-generating equipment (sunlight, heaters, microwaves, ovens, water heaters). Overheating can cause an explosion.
- Disconnect the charger from the device and the power outlet when charging is complete or not in use.
- If the device has a non-removable battery, do not attempt to replace it yourself to avoid damage to the device or battery.
- Using unapproved or incompatible power sources, chargers, or batteries may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards.
- Do not disassemble, reset, insert foreign objects into, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids to prevent leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
- Do not drop, crush, scratch, or puncture the battery to avoid excessive external pressure, which can lead to internal short circuits and overheating.
- The company is not responsible for accidents caused by non-standard charging equipment.
Maintenance
Understand the maintenance procedures to use the tablet more safely and effectively, and to extend its service life:
- Follow the instructions in the manual for opening the device and disassembling accessories. Do not attempt other methods.
- Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking the tablet. Rough handling can cause screen rupture and damage internal components.
- Do not use chemical solvents or detergents for cleaning. Wipe the tablet case with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water or mild soap.
- Clean the camera lens and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- Troubleshooting Crashes: If the tablet crashes or becomes unresponsive, press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to force a restart. This can resolve general software bugs.
- When the charger is not in use, unplug it from the power outlet. Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to the charger for extended periods, as overcharging can shorten battery life.

This Tablet meets the government's requirements for exposure to radio waves. The guidelines are based on standards developed by independent scientific organizations. The standards include a substantial safety margin to assure the safety of all persons.
FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement: The SAR limit for the USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. Device type: Tablet (FCC ID: 2AX4YTABE3MAX) has been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported during product certification is 1.155W/kg when properly worn on the body. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the smartphone kept 00mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 00cm separation distance between the user's body and the back of the tablet. Accessories like belt clips and holsters should not contain metallic components. Avoid using accessories that do not meet these requirements. Listening at very high volume for prolonged periods can damage your hearing.
