  • If the device has a non-removable battery, do not attempt to replace it yourself to avoid damage to the device or battery.
  • Using unapproved or incompatible power sources, chargers, or batteries may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards.
  • Do not disassemble, reset, insert foreign objects into, or immerse the battery in water or other liquids to prevent leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
  • Do not drop, crush, scratch, or puncture the battery to avoid excessive external pressure, which can lead to internal short circuits and overheating.
  • The company is not responsible for accidents caused by non-standard charging equipment.

Maintenance

Understand the maintenance procedures to use the tablet more safely and effectively, and to extend its service life:

  • Follow the instructions in the manual for opening the device and disassembling accessories. Do not attempt other methods.
  • Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking the tablet. Rough handling can cause screen rupture and damage internal components.
  • Do not use chemical solvents or detergents for cleaning. Wipe the tablet case with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water or mild soap.
  • Clean the camera lens and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
  • Troubleshooting Crashes: If the tablet crashes or becomes unresponsive, press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to force a restart. This can resolve general software bugs.
