Product Overview

The AGM M9 4G is a rugged smartphone designed for durability and performance. Key components include:

• LED Torch (1): High brightness top LED torch.
• Receiver (2): Waterproof receiver for calls. Avoid contact with hard materials.
• Display (3): 2.4" QVGA 240*320 pixels screen.
• Keypad (5): For inputting numbers and letters.
• SIM Tray 1 (6): Supports Nano SIM.
• SIM Tray 2 (7): Supports Nano SIM.
• Micro SD Card Tray (8): For installing a Micro SD card (not supplied).
• Microphone (9): For audio input.
• 3.5mm Headphone Jack (10): With waterproof rubber cover.
• USB Type-C Port (11): With waterproof rubber cover.
• Rope Hole (12): For attaching a lanyard.
• Camera (13): 2MP camera.
• Loudspeaker (14): Waterproof speaker. Volume may temporarily decrease after water immersion but will recover when dry.
• Outer Battery Door (15): Does not prevent water ingress. Opens from the lower left corner.
• Inner Battery Door (16): Designed to prevent water ingress. Opens from the top left corner.

Getting Started

Waterproof Warning

The M9 4G is IP68/IP69K/MIL-STD-810H certified. Ensure battery doors and the USB port cover are completely closed to prevent water damage. ?

Installing a Nano SIM Card or Micro SD Card

1. Open the outer battery door (left lower corner).
2. Open the inner battery door (top left corner).
3. Remove the battery and any insulation tape from its contacts.
4. Align the Nano SIM card according to the graphic and insert it into SIM 1 or SIM 2 tray with gold pins facing down.
5. To install a Micro SD card: Slide the metal cover of the tray in the 'Open' direction, lift the unhinged edge, insert the card (contacts down), close the cover, and slide in the 'Lock' direction.
6. Reinsert the battery, inner battery door, and outer battery door.

Notes:

• The M9 4G supports dual SIM dual standby, but single pass for calls/data.
• Non-standard SIM cards (e.g., cut SIMs) are not supported and may damage the tray.
• Network services require operator support. Charges apply as per your operator.
• Network status and services depend on your chosen operator's local deployment.

Charging the Battery

1. Remove any insulation tape from the battery contacts.
2. Connect the USB power cable to a certified charger (recommended output: 5V/1A). Using uncertified equipment may damage the device or battery.
3. Open the USB Type-C port cover and connect the cable. Avoid excessive force.
4. Plug the charger into an AC mains socket.
5. Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable, unplug the charger, and close the USB port cover.

Common Functions

• Volume Tuning: In the home menu, press the UP/DOWN navigation keys to access the Sound menu and adjust volume. ?
• Lock/Unlock Screen: When the screen is active, press the LEFT SOFT KEY and the power button to lock/unlock the phone. ?
• Torch Switch: Long press the side key to turn the torch on/off. Alternatively, when the screen is unlocked, long press the '0' key. ?
• Ring/Mute/Vibrate Mode: Press and hold the '#' key to cycle through RING, MUTE, and VIBRATE modes. ?
• Making a Call: Unlock the phone, press the desired number, and initiate the call. You can also select a contact from the Contacts menu. ?
• Sending an SMS/MMS: Select the Messaging menu to compose SMS or MMS. MMS functionality depends on APN settings and may not work with all SIM cards.
• VoLTE Call: VoLTE calling is supported in select areas with compatible SIM cards. The signal bar will display '4G', 'HD', or 'VoLTE' when active. ?
• Reset to Factory Default: The reset code is 1234. ⚙️

Hearing Damage: Prolonged use of the audio player at full volume may damage hearing. ?

Disposal and Recycling Information
