Operation Instructions
Manual Operation & Remote Control
The fire can be operated manually via buttons on the unit or by the supplied remote control. Ensure the manual ON/OFF switch on the unit is in the "I" position before operating.
Diagram shows the control panel on the unit with buttons for MANUAL ON/OFF, KEY BOARD SWITCH, HEATER, FUEL BED, TEMP +/-, and the remote control with buttons for POWER, TEMP +/-, FUEL BED, HEATER, BRIGHTNESS, TIMER MODE, TIME SETTING.
Remote Control Battery Installation: Slide open the battery cover on the back of the remote. Insert 2 x AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -). Replace the battery compartment door.
Powering the Fire
Press the ⏻ power button to supply power and enter standby mode (current room temperature is displayed). Press again to turn off all functions.
Note: Previous settings are retained in memory.
Temperature Setting
Use the [temp up] and [temp down] buttons to adjust the temperature between 15°C and 30°C. The set temperature must be higher than the room temperature for heating to operate.
Figure 1 shows the display indicating '20' for temperature setting.
Heater Operation
Press the SSS heater button to select:
- 2000W: Display shows 'H2' and a red flame symbol. (See Figure 2)
- 1000W: Display shows 'H1' and an orange flame symbol. (See Figure 3)
Press the heater button again to turn the heater off.
Note: The heater will automatically turn off when the room temperature reaches the set temperature. It will restart if the room temperature drops 3°C below the set temperature.
Note: The heater fan runs for approximately 30 seconds after heat is turned off to cool components.
Open Window Function
This feature detects a rapid temperature drop (5°C within 10 minutes), indicating an open window. The display will show 'ECO', and the heat function will automatically turn off.
Close the window and press the SSS button on the unit or remote to restart the heater.
Figure 4 shows the display indicating 'ECO'.
Fuel Bed Operation

- 8 - Cycle between 2 and 7
Pressing the [cycle] button stops the cycling and holds the current color. A circle symbol will be displayed.
The selected mode becomes the default when the unit is next turned on.
Figures 5, 6, and 7 show display indicators for fuel bed selection (e.g., '2H', a circle symbol, 'ON').
Downlights
Press and hold the [downlight] button for 2 seconds to turn downlights ON/OFF. 'ON' is displayed when they are active.
Brightness Operation
Adjust the flame effect brightness using the [brightness] button:

General Information
Cleaning
- Allow the product to cool completely before handling or cleaning.
- Switch off and unplug from the power supply before cleaning.
- Use a soft, moist cloth with or without mild soap solution to clean the exterior.
- Do not allow water or liquids into the interior to avoid fire or electrical hazards.
- Periodically clean grills with a vacuum cleaner nozzle to remove dust/dirt.
- Caution: Do not use harsh detergents, chemical cleaners, or solvents, as they may damage the plastic finish.
Battery Replacement – Remote Control
- Slide open the battery cover on the back of the remote control.
- Install 2 x AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Replace the battery cover.
Diagram shows the remote control with battery compartment and AAA batteries.
Discarding Batteries
- Discard leaky batteries properly according to local regulations.
- Caution: Mixing battery types, incorrect insertion, not replacing all batteries simultaneously, or attempting to charge non-rechargeable batteries can cause leaks.
Thermal Safety Cut-out
A thermal safety cut-out prevents overheating. If the heat outlet is restricted, the heater will switch off. It will restart after the obstruction is removed and the unit cools. If it operates intermittently, switch off and contact a service agent.
Maintenance
⚠️ Warning: Always disconnect from the power supply before any maintenance.
Light Emitting Diode (LED)
The fire uses LED bulbs, which provide similar light levels to traditional bulbs but consume less energy.
Correct Disposal of Product
The ♻️ symbol indicates that this product should not be disposed of with unsorted household waste. Recycle responsibly to promote sustainable reuse of materials. Contact the retailer or use return/collection systems for environmentally safe recycling.
