Bosch Dishwasher GV 6x Stand Installation Instructions

This document provides detailed instructions for the installation of the Bosch GV 6x Stand dishwasher. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure proper setup and operation.

General Information and Safety

Note: Installation instructions are available from customer service or authorized service centers. The part number for these instructions is 9001 390 112.

Ensure all parts are present before beginning installation. The maximum installation height is 1.1 meters.

Step 1: Preparation and Mounting

1.1 Mounting the appliance

The appliance should be mounted securely. Ensure a stable base.

1.2 Connecting water supply

Connect the water supply hose. Ensure the connection is secure and leak-free. The water pressure should be between 0.05-1 MPa (0.5-10 bar). The maximum water temperature is 60°C.

1.3 Electrical connection

Connect the appliance to the power supply according to local regulations. The power cord length is approximately 5 meters, with a maximum recommended extension to 4 meters.

Step 2: Installing the Dishwasher

2.1 Positioning the appliance

Slide the dishwasher into its designated space. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the appliance. The dimensions for installation are approximately 598-600mm width, 550mm depth, and 815mm height. Ensure the appliance is level.

2.2 Securing the appliance

Secure the appliance to prevent tipping. Use the provided mounting brackets and screws.

Step 3: Water Connections

3.1 Drain hose connection

Connect the drain hose to the appropriate drainage point. Ensure the hose is not kinked or pinched.

3.2 Water inlet connection

Connect the water inlet hose to the water tap. The tap connection size is G 3/4" or G 1/2".

Important: Do not pinch or bend the hoses during installation. Ensure the disc is removed from the inlet hose connection if applicable.

Step 4: Final Checks

4.1 Leak test

After completing the installation and running a short wash cycle, check all water connections for leaks. Ensure the appliance is sealed properly.

4.2 Final positioning

Adjust the appliance feet to ensure it is level and stable. The maximum torque for connections is 10 Nm.
