If the pump runs out of water, the appliance will stop automatically, and the Empty Water Tank indicator light will come on to indicate that the water tank needs to be refilled. Fill up the water tank and press the Power button again to resume ice production.
If the ice basket is full, ice production will stop automatically. The Full Ice Basket indicator light comes on after two cycles in which the appliance detects a full water tank.
It is advisable to change the water every 24 hours to keep it clean. If you don't intend to use the ice maker for a long period of time, empty the tank first.
