Warranty Information
Importer: INNPRO Robert Błędowski, ul. Rudzka 65c, 44-200 Rybnik, Poland
Thank you for choosing a UGREEN product distributed by INNPRO. We hope you find it useful. Should you encounter any issues, please contact the seller (distributor) directly. For convenience, please read the user manual carefully before contacting the seller.
Warranty Conditions:
Product owners can exercise their warranty rights according to the terms stated herein, provided they are considered consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade, independent occupation, or business activity). Warranty claims can be made at any time during the warranty period by presenting the original Warranty Card to the seller (distributor).
Exclusions and Limitations:
The importer does not provide warranty for the quality, performance, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the software included as part of the product or its accessories. The seller (distributor) is exempt from warranty obligations if it can be proven that the defect arose after delivery, either by the seller (distributor) or the authorized service provider.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage, fire damage, or water damage not caused by manufacturing defects, including user-induced errors.
- Damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized disassembly, or tampering with the product, contrary to the user manual.
- Water damage due to improper preparation, use, or use contrary to the user manual.
- Damage from unauthorized circuit modifications or improper battery usage.
- Damage from operating in adverse weather conditions (e.g., storms, sandstorms, rain).
- Damage from operation in strong electromagnetic fields or other high-interference environments.
- Damage caused by low battery voltage or faulty battery usage.
- Products with altered, erased, or illegible identification numbers.
- Products without proof of purchase, or where the proof of purchase does not match the product or is falsified.
- Damage resulting from improper storage, transportation, or accidental drops.
- Vandalism.
- Malfunctions occurring after purchase due to reasons not related to the product itself.
- Failure to perform regular inspections or maintenance as prescribed by the manufacturer.
- Any intervention or repair performed by a non-authorized service center that caused or contributed to the defect.
Statutory Warranty:
Under the consumer contract, products purchased in Hungary and distributed by the seller are subject to a statutory warranty according to Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.). The warranty period starts from the date of product handover or commissioning by the seller or their representative:
- For products with a sales price exceeding HUF 100,000 but not exceeding HUF 250,000: Two (2) years.
- For products with a sales price exceeding HUF 250,000: Three (3) years.
Failure to meet these deadlines results in forfeiture of rights.
The statutory warranty is provided by the seller (distributor) who sold the product directly to you. According to Section 4 (2) of Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.), incorrect issuance of the warranty card or failure to provide it to the consumer does not affect the warranty's validity. The seller (distributor) is responsible for fulfilling warranty claims based on an irregularly issued warranty card. Presenting the opened product packaging is not a condition for exercising statutory warranty rights. The terms of this warranty card do not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
Consumer Rights under Statutory Warranty:
In case of a defect within the warranty period, the consumer may choose:
- To request repair or replacement, unless the chosen warranty claim is impossible or involves disproportionately high costs for the distributor compared to the other warranty claim, considering the product's value in perfect condition, the severity of the breach of contract, and the interest of the entitled party in the performance of the warranty claim.
- To request a proportional price reduction, or if the distributor fails to undertake repair or replacement, or cannot fulfill this obligation within a reasonable period, or if the entitled party's interest in repair or replacement ceases, the consumer may withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal is not possible for insignificant defects.
The distributor must replace the product within eight (8) days if:
- It is determined during the first repair attempt within the warranty period that the product cannot be repaired.
- The product malfunctions again after being repaired three (3) times.
- The product repair is not completed within thirty (30) days from the date the seller is notified of the repair request, and the thirty-day period has expired without success.
If replacement is not possible under the above conditions, the distributor must refund the purchase price to the consumer within eight (8) days, as evidenced by the proof of purchase presented by the consumer.
Repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable period, considering the product's characteristics and the consumer's expected use, and in a manner that respects the consumer's interests. The warranty provider should aim to complete repairs or replacements within 15 days. Warranty claims must be reported to the seller (distributor) immediately upon discovering the defect. If the consumer requests a replacement within three business days of purchase (or commissioning) due to a product defect, the seller (distributor) cannot claim disproportionate costs and must replace the product if the defect hinders its intended use.
During the warranty period, only authorized service centers can perform warranty repairs, based on a valid warranty card. Ensure that repair slips are correctly filled out for all warranty repairs. Only new parts may be installed during repairs. If the repair is not performed or accepted by the authorized workshop, the consumer may have the product repaired elsewhere at the expense of the warranty provider. Proof of payment (invoice) is required for reimbursement of repair costs. The warranty period for the replaced or repaired part of the product restarts.
General Warranty Rules:
If the product malfunctions within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects or the use of improper materials (calculated from the date of the first purchase as new), the official device service of the importer within the warranty territory will repair it free of charge, or replace the product or defective part, provided that the conditions and limitations specified in this Warranty Card for defective parts are met, and the Contractual Warranty is valid. Ownership of any replaced product or part transfers to the party performing the replacement.
Warranty is valid only if presented within the warranty period, along with the defective product and the original proof of purchase (warranty card, or in its absence, an invoice or receipt) containing the purchase date, model type, and the name of the selling distributor, with legible and intact information. Otherwise, the official device service of the importer may refuse free warranty service.
The warranty is void if the product's type or serial number has been altered, erased, removed, or made illegible.
