Powered by a high-performance chip, it can record high-resolution wide-angle videos with strong dynamic image continuity and can also capture footage in dimly lit environments.

Button Functions & Interface Introduction
Button Functions
Power Button:
- Short Press: Cycles through interfaces: Front Camera Preview, Rear Camera Preview, APP Download, QR Code/Screensaver Interface.
- Long Press (3 seconds): Power Off/On.
- Press 5 times consecutively: Reset to factory settings.
- When the dash cam is turned on for the first time, it will prompt you to format the SD card. Briefly press the power button to format it.
Interface Introduction
Front/Rear Camera Preview:
The preview screen displays status indicators:
- 1. Video Recording Status: Indicates if Loop Recording is active or if the current video is locked.
- 2. Microphone: Shows if the microphone is on or off.
- 3. WLAN Connection Status: Displays whether WiFi is connected or not connected.
- 4. Micro SD Card Status: Shows the status of the SD card.
Screensaver Interface:
Displays the current date and time, along with status indicators similar to the camera preview.
App Download and Usage
App Download
Download the "Viidure" app from the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code to download the app.
(Note: QR code for download is omitted as per instructions.)
Connecting the Dashcam
- Stop recording on the dashcam.
- Enable WLAN in the dashcam's settings.
- The default WLAN Name is:
Q20Cam-********
- The default WiFi Password is:
12345678
(WiFi name and password can be changed in the app). - Connect your phone to the dashcam's WLAN by entering the password. The WiFi symbol on the dashcam screen will turn green once connected.
- Open the "Viidure" app and tap "Connect Camera". Wait a few seconds for the preview interface to load.
- Tap the video or photo symbol to control the dashcam and record videos or take photos. Ensure WLAN is enabled in your phone's settings.
- Click the switch icon [↔️] in the bottom left corner to switch between the front and rear camera displays.
Downloading and Deleting Files
- Tap the video symbol [▶️] to pause recording.
- Tap the Camera File symbol [?] to check your videos or photos.
- Click on your desired video or photo.
- You can choose to Download, take a Video Screenshot, or Delete the file.
- End the video recording and navigate to "Album" in the app. Downloaded videos can be viewed even when WiFi is turned off.
Installation Guide
- Insert the SD Card: It is recommended to use a Class 10 or higher speed SD card. (A 64GB SD card is inserted in the device). Please format the SD card before use.
- Mount Installation: Insert the mount into the mount slot.
- Dashcam Installation on Windshield:
- Choose a suitable installation location and clean the windshield with a dry cloth.
- Install the electrostatic sticker, removing any air bubbles between the sticker and the glass.
- Peel off the protective film of the 3M adhesive sticker and firmly attach the dashcam to the center of the electrostatic sticker.
- Adjust Angle: You can adjust the dashcam to the correct angle.
- Power Connection: Connect the Q20 Dash Cam with the power cable to your car's cigarette lighter. If you have a rear camera, please connect the rear camera first.
- Rear Camera Check: After completing the connection, check if the rear camera is functioning properly.
- Rear Camera Installation:
- Position 1: Install the rear camera on the rear windshield. (Please clean your windows regularly.)
- Position 2: Install the rear camera near the license plate. (Recommended)

Note:
- Before installing the rear camera, clean the installation position.
- For Position 1, please clean the rear windshield regularly.
- For Position 2, screws or adhesive are optional.
8. Cable Management: Use the tool included in the package to hide the cables.
Introduction to Main Functions
- G-Sensor: Settings available: Off/Low/Medium/High. When the G-Sensor function is enabled, if the dashcam vibrates during recording, the current video will automatically be locked to prevent it from being overwritten by loop recording.
- Loop Recording: The loop recording function automatically overwrites the oldest files with the newest ones to optimize SD card storage space. Tip: Locked videos cannot be overwritten; please format the SD card regularly.
- WiFi Connection: The maximum range of the WiFi signal can reach 5 meters. However, the further the distance, the more the signal transmission may stutter.
- Parking Mode: Requires a Hardwire Kit (not included). After connecting the wired kit, select the time-lapse video FPS in the app settings. The options are: Off / 1S / 2S / 3S. After the car is turned off, the dashcam will start time-lapse recording.
FAQ
F: Recording of videos and photos is not possible, or video recording stops automatically.
A:
- (5) SD Card: Please ensure that the SD card is inserted correctly.
- (6) SD Card: Supports up to 256GB, Class 10, U3 or higher speed. The write speed should be guaranteed to be more than 5500KB/S.
- (7) Please format the SD card when you use it for the first time.
- (8) Videos locked by the G-Sensor are protected. If too many videos are locked, you must format the memory card regularly.
F: Playback of images and videos results in a "File" prompt, an error, or incomplete files. Or the computer does not recognize the SD card.
A: Connect the dashcam with the app and format the memory card in the settings. Try to avoid repeatedly inserting and removing the SD card to prevent damage to the card.
F: I have changed the WiFi password of the dashcam, but I forgot the password, what should I do?
A: Press the power button 5 times, and the dashcam will restart and be reset to the default settings. Reconnect with WiFi.
F: The camera cannot be turned on.
A: Check the power supply. The operation indicator on the power adapter should be lit, and the connections should be firm.
