Product Description
The Bluetooth MESH (SIG) gateway is a device composed of a highly integrated wireless WIFI module, a low-energy wireless Bluetooth module, and a main board. Using the Tuya Smart APP, users can add devices, reset devices, perform third-party control, and manage Bluetooth (single point & mesh) group control to meet smart home and other application needs.

Device Overview
The gateway is a compact, white, rectangular device with rounded edges, measuring approximately 65mm in width, 65mm in height, and 14.5mm in depth. On the front, there is a status indicator labeled "Bluetooth status". The rear of the device features a "Reset Button" and a "Power Socket" (Micro USB). Compatibility logos for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant are also visible.
Multi-language Access
QR codes are provided to access manuals and installation videos in various languages, including German, Spanish, French, Russian, Portuguese, and Chinese.

Status Indicator and Reset
Blue: Bluetooth Status
- Flashing: Indicates the device is connecting and allowed to connect to the network.
- Solid "on" for a long time: Means the device is activated.
- Solid "off" for a long time: Means the device is not activated.
Reset Method
Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. The blue indicator will flash several times, indicating a successful reset.
Setup and Connection
Follow these steps to connect the gateway:
- Select a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Please confirm the blue indicator is flashing for normal pairing.
- The connection will take about 30-120 seconds, depending on your network condition.
- Once the device has been added successfully, you will be able to find the device on the "My Home" page.

Service
- During the free warranty period, if the product breaks down during normal use, MOES will offer free maintenance for the product.
- Warranty does not cover natural disasters, man-made equipment failures, disassembly and repair without the permission of MOES, missing warranty cards, or products beyond the free warranty period.
- Any commitment (oral or written) made by a third party (including the dealer/service provider) to the user beyond the warranty scope shall be executed by that third party.
