Product Overview

The Trevi SLD 3875 is a digital alarm clock that also functions as a thermometer and calendar. This manual provides instructions for its operation.

Device Diagram and Controls

The device features a front display and several buttons. The front display shows the time, date, and temperature. Key controls include:

• Button 1: Snooze/Light button - Used for temporary alarm deactivation and backlight activation.
• Button 2: Alarm button - Used for alarm activation, deactivation, and setting.
• Button 8 (on back): SET button - Used for setting time format, time, year, and date.
• Button 9 (on back): UP key - Increases digits during setting.
• Button 11 (on back): DOWN key - Decreases digits during setting.

The display indicates the alarm status with an alarm symbol (3). The device also has a battery compartment (10) on the back.

Power Supply

The device requires two "AAA" size batteries (1.5V). Open the battery compartment (10) on the back of the device and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity. A short beep will sound when the batteries are inserted, indicating the device is powered on.

Setting the Clock and Date

1. Press and hold the SET button (8) to begin clock adjustment.
2. Select the temperature scale (°C/°F) using the UP (9) or DOWN (11) keys, then confirm with the SET (8) button.
3. Set the year using the UP (9) or DOWN (11) keys and confirm with SET (8).
4. Set the date format using the UP (9) or DOWN (11) keys and confirm with SET (8).
5. Set the month using the UP (9) or DOWN (11) keys and confirm with SET (8).
6. Set the day using the UP (9) or DOWN (11) keys and confirm with SET (8).
7. Set the time format (12-hour or 24-hour) using the UP (9) or DOWN (11) buttons and confirm with SET (8).
8. Set the hour using the UP (9) or DOWN (11) keys and confirm with SET (8).
9. Set the minutes using the UP (9) or DOWN (11) keys and confirm with SET (8).

Setting and Activating the Alarm

1. Press and hold the Alarm button (2) to set the alarm.
2. Set the alarm hour using the UP (9) or DOWN (11) buttons.
3. Press the Alarm button (2) again; the minutes will flash on the display.
4. Set the alarm minutes using the UP (9) or DOWN (11) keys.
5. Press the Alarm button (2) to confirm the alarm setting.
6. In time view mode, press the Alarm button (2) to activate the alarm. The alarm symbol (3) will appear on the display when the alarm is active.

Alarm Deactivation

When the alarm sounds, press the Alarm button (2) to deactivate it. The alarm symbol (3) will disappear from the display. If you press any button other than the Snooze/Light button while the alarm is sounding, it will be deactivated for 24 hours.

Snooze Function

The snooze function allows the alarm ringtone to repeat. After the alarm sounds, press the Snooze/Light button (1) to temporarily silence it. The (ZZ) symbol will flash on the display. The alarm will repeat at 5-minute intervals. To turn off the snooze function completely, press any button except the Snooze/Light button.
