Caring For Your SYNCO Product
- Please keep the product in a dry, clean, dust-free environment.
- Keep corrosive chemicals, liquids and heat sources away from the product to prevent mechanical damage.
- Use only a soft and dry cloth for cleaning the product.
- Malfunction may be caused by dropping, the impact of external force.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the product. Doing so voids the warranty.
- Please have the product checked or repaired by authorized technicians if any malfunctions happen.
- Failure to follow all the instructions may result in mechanical damage.

TX Indicator

Basic Operations
TX Transmitter
1. Power on & Power off
- Method 1: Push the TX upwards [arrow] to power on. Place it back [arrow] to charge and shut down when fully charged.
- Method 2: Long press the switch button on the front of the transmitter for three seconds. The TX powers on successfully when the indicator keeps blue/green, and powers off when the indicator is off. The TX automatically shuts down in 5 minutes without connection or recording.
2. Reset
When the TX is powered off, long press the switch button for 8 seconds [8s] until the indicator flashes blue-green and enters the reset state.
3. Noise Reduction
Short press the noise cancellation button to turn noise cancellation on/off. An orange light indicates active. For noise cancellation level adjustment, please refer to the "Function Operations-Option Information-Transmitter" instructions.
4. Volume Adjustment
Short press the volume adjustment button [volume up/down] for adjusting.
RX Receiver
1. Power on /off
Long press the switch button on the RX for 3 seconds to switch on/off.
2. Monitoring
Insert the monitoring headset into the 3.5mm monitoring port of the receiver for monitoring in real time.
Function Operations
1. UI Introduction
Power it on, and the default display is the home page (microphone status display panel). Swipe down/up [down arrow][up arrow] from the top/bottom of the screen to enter the microphone settings and the settings menu.

2. Receiver Operation
1. Unlock Screen
Short press the power button [power button] to unlock the screen.
2. Navigate Menus
Swipe the screen up or down [down arrow][up arrow] to switch and select the menu.
3. Select Parameter
Swipe the screen left or right [left arrow][right arrow] to switch and select the parameter.
3. Option Information
1). Transmitter Options
- Mute: Turn mute on/off.
- Gain: Control with 15 levels for options.
- Noise Cancellation: Control with low/medium/high levels for options.
2). Receiver Options
- Mute: Turn mute on/off.
- Gain: Control with 15 levels for options.
3). Track Settings
- Swipe the screen left or right [left arrow][right arrow] to select stereo/mono/safety channel mode.
- Stereo Mode: Left channel is transmitter A+B, and the right channel is the receiver.
- Mono Mode: The sound is mixed into a single track.
- Mono(Safety) Mode: The sound picked up is mixed as a single track and a -6dB safety channel is added for backup.
4). Monitor Volume Settings
Gain control, with 15 levels for options.
5). Output Settings
- Output Mode: Select TRS / TRRS.
- TRRS/TRS Gain: Adjust gain with 15 levels for options.
- USB Output Mode: Select Charge / Charge & Digital.
- USB Output Gain: Adjust gain with 15 levels for options.
Settings
1). Screen Brightness Settings
Swipe down to the settings page. Swipe left/right [left arrow][right arrow] to the brightness settings and slide the brightness bar to adjust the screen brightness.
2). Pairing Settings
- Automatic Pairing: Turn on the receiver and take out the transmitter. They will automatically pair.
- Manual Pairing:
- Transmitter: Long press for 3 seconds [3s] to power off, then long press the power button [power button] for 8 seconds [8s] to enter pairing mode.
- Receiver: Swipe down to the settings page then swipe left/right [left arrow][right arrow] to the pairing option. Then enable the pairing function.

Warranty Period
Thank you for purchasing SYNCO products.
- Customers are entitled to free replacement or repair service in case of quality defect(s) found in the product under normal use within 30 days upon receipt of the product.
- Original SYNCO products are entitled to 12-month limited warranty service. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end-user.
Within the warranty period, if product defect or failure is attributable to material defection or technological problem, the defective product or defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge (service and materials fee).
Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
- Faults resulted from inappropriate use of a product without following its operation specification.
- Artificial damage, e.g. crash, squeeze, scratch, or soaking.
- Modifications to a product by its user or a third party without prior written consent of SYNCO, e.g. replacement of element or circuit, label alteration.
- The code on product is inconsistent with that of warranty certificate, or the code on the product or warranty certificate is altered or torn off.
- All consumable accessory attached to a product, like cable, wind muff, battery.
- Faults as a result of force majeure, such as fire, flood, lightning, etc.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- If failure or any problem occurs to your product after purchase, please contact a local agent for assistance, or you can always contact SYNCO's customer service through email at support@syncoaudio.com.
- Please retain your sales receipt and warranty certificate as proof of purchase. If any of these documents is missing, only sales return or chargeable service will be provided.
- If the SYNCO product is out of the warranty coverage, the service and the parts cost will be charged.
