iCUE LINK Ecosystem Control Center
Getting to Know Your System Hub
The CORSAIR iCUE LINK System Hub is a central control unit for the iCUE LINK ecosystem. It features a black, rectangular design with the CORSAIR logo on top. The front edge has a row of ports, and the right side includes dedicated input and output ports.
- A. iCUE LINK active port: Connects iCUE LINK devices.
- B. Power input: Receives power for the hub.
- C. USB input: Connects the hub to your motherboard for control.
- D. Tach output: Provides tachometer data.
Package Contents
The package includes the following items:
- 1x iCUE LINK System Hub (a black, rectangular control unit with CORSAIR logo)
- 1x iCUE LINK Cable, 600mm (a black cable with CORSAIR-branded connectors)
- 1x iCUE LINK Cable, 100mm (a shorter black cable with CORSAIR-branded connectors)
- 1x PCIe power cable, 150mm (a cable with a 6-pin PCIe connector and an iCUE LINK connector)
- 1x USB cable, 300mm (a cable with a micro-USB connector and an iCUE LINK connector)
System Hub Installation
Connect the System Hub to USB and Power
Step 1: Power Connection
Connect the 6-pin micro-fit connector of the PCIe power cable (labeled '4') into the power input port (labeled 'B') on the side of the System Hub (labeled '1'). Connect the other end of the PCIe power cable (the 6-pin connector) into a dedicated power cable from your computer's power supply.
Step 2: USB Connection
Connect the micro-USB cable (labeled '5') into the USB input port (labeled 'C') on the side of the System Hub (labeled '1'). Connect the other end of the USB cable (the 9-pin USB 2.0 connector, labeled '5') into a USB 2.0 header on your computer's motherboard.
Connect the Tach Cable (Optional) and iCUE LINK Devices
Optional Tach Cable: If you are using an iCUE LINK CPU Cooler, connect the 2-pin, 1-wire tach cable into the System Hub (labeled '1'). Then, connect the 3-pin connector of the tach cable to the CPU_FAN header on your motherboard.
iCUE LINK Devices: Connect your iCUE LINK devices (e.g., fans, coolers) to the System Hub (labeled '1') using the provided iCUE LINK cables (labeled '2' and '3'). Utilize one of the two iCUE LINK ports (labeled 'A') on the front of the System Hub for these connections.
