Operating Modes
The Qlima D 630 P Smart dehumidifier can be used in two distinct ways:
1. Pump Function for Permanent Drainage
For continuous drainage, ensure the drainage hose is securely connected to the water outlet (labeled as '3' in the diagram) and the other end is placed in a drain. Once connected, activate the pump function by pressing the button labeled '6'.
Caution: Attempting to use the drain function (6) without properly connecting the drainage hose may result in water leakage and potential damage to your flooring.
2. Collection Tray Usage (Without Pump Function)
When not using the pump function, the dehumidifier utilizes an internal collection tray to gather water.
To prevent leakage issues, especially after use or in cases of accidental activation of the continuous drain function, it is essential to use the provided U-tube. This U-tube directs water into the collection tank when no external hose is connected, as illustrated in the accompanying diagrams.
