Select a smooth, level surface to place the fountain. Assemble components on a soft, clean surface to avoid scratching or damaging the finish.

Visual Aid: Inspect packaging to ensure all parts are accounted for before disposing of packing materials. Assembly Recommendation: Two people are recommended for assembly.

Important Notes

Note: The water tube is integrated into the fountain topper. Gently and carefully uncoil the water tube from inside the topper. Exercise caution when handling the water tube, as detaching it from the fountain will cause damage and void the product warranty.

Assembly Instructions

The fountain is assembled in tiers, starting from the base.

1. Place the bottom tier onto the pedestal and twist to lock them together.
2. Position the electric submersible pump within the bottom tier. Run the power cord through the built-in pipe and out the bottom of the pedestal.
3. Place the column onto the bottom tier and twist to lock them together.
4. Place the third tier onto the column and twist to lock them together.
5. Guide the built-in water tube from the topper through the second tier, then twist to lock the topper onto the second tier.
6. Thread the water tube from the previous step through the third tier, then twist to lock the top assembly to the third tier.
7. Connect the water tube to the pump and install the pump access cover.
8. Fill the bottom tier with enough water to fully submerge the pump. Note: Additional water will be required once the pump circulates water to the upper tiers.
9. Connect the power cord to a properly grounded GFCI outlet.

Note on Initial Use: When first used, air may be present in the pump. Allow several minutes for trapped air to escape and for water flow to begin. Top up the water level as needed once the pump circulates water to the upper tiers.

Important Information

• This fountain is for outdoor use only.
• Some splashing is normal; adjust the pump's flow rate if the water output is too high.
• Regularly check the water level to ensure the pump remains fully submerged. Never operate the pump dry, as this will damage the motor.
• Use only water in this fountain. Distilled water can help prevent mineral buildup, though it is not mandatory. Avoid heavily chlorinated water, as it may harm the fountain or pump.
• Periodically change the water to maintain fountain and pump cleanliness. Remove scale and buildup regularly.
• DO NOT use harsh additives such as bleach or chlorine.
• DO NOT use abrasive materials to scrub the fountain.
• DO NOT use a pressure washer or abrasive materials for cleaning.
• Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or maintaining the fountain and recirculating pump.
• Handle the pump with care; lift it only by its body, never by the power cord.
• During freezing weather, drain the fountain, disconnect the pump, and store it indoors. Allowing ice to form can cause damage, including but not limited to, fountain cracking or permanent pump damage.

Any modification to the product or failure to follow recommended care procedures will void the product warranty.

Troubleshooting

• Ensure the pump is fully submerged and add water if necessary.
• If water is not flowing shortly after plugging in, the pump may have trapped air. Unplug the power supply for a few moments, then plug it back in. Also, check the pump and tubing for any obstructions.
• If water flow is inconsistent or splashing occurs, check the pump's flow control and adjust it to the desired rate.
• If water is not flowing evenly, confirm the fountain is placed on a smooth, level surface. Use thin, plastic shims (not included) between tiers to help level the water flow.
• Soft surfaces can unbalance the fountain. A large stepping stone or paving stone (not included) is recommended to ensure the fountain remains balanced.
• Verify that the adapter cable is securely connected to the pump power cable.
• Confirm the power outlet is functional. If unsure about electrical connections, consult a certified electrician.
