Submitting a Repair Request

You can submit a tool repair request via the Hilti website. You can also do this by phone.

On the Hilti website:

• Navigate to the 'Tool Management' section.
• Select 'Tools for Repair'.
• You will see a list of your Hilti tools.

Logging In and Accessing Tool Management

Log in to your company profile on https://www.hilti.lt/.

Once logged in, you will see:

• Company information
• Your profile settings
• Orders
• Offers
• Purchased tools

Within the 'Tool Management' section:

• View your tools and manage repair requests.
• Select 'Tools for Repair'.
• You can also order repair services from the 'Tool List' section.

Selecting Tools for Repair

Go to the 'Tool Management' section on https://www.hilti.lt/.

Select the tool(s) that need repair.

Click the 'REPAIR' button.

Tool List Example:

1. Select the tool(s) for repair.

2. Click 'REPAIR'.

Providing Repair Information

Add the necessary information about the repair:

1. Describe the fault.
2. Set the maximum repair cost or the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the repair.
3. Add information on how you will pack the tool.
4. Proceed with the repair order process.

Repair Request Details:

• Fault description: Provide a detailed description of your tool's problem.
• Repair cost limit: You can agree to a repair cost limit (faster) or set your own limit (slower). The limit does not include shipping costs.
• Packaging: Choose how you will pack the tool. Please send only the tool – remove consumables, accessories, and batteries. Options include 'Original Hilti case' or 'Cardboard box'.

Information for Handover and Delivery

Provide information about tool handover to the courier and tool return:

1. You can add a new pickup/delivery address or select from an existing list.
2. You can select a contact person who will hand over/receive the tools.
3. If you want the delivery address to differ from the pickup address, contact the customer service center.
4. Add instructions for the courier for both delivery and pickup.

Confirming Contact Person and Submitting Order

Confirm the contact person for repair costs and submit the repair order.

1. The contact person will confirm repair costs.
2. Agree to the terms and conditions.
3. Submit the repair order.
