Hilti ON!Track 3 App Guide
How to Sign In?
The Hilti ON!Track 3 app provides a secure customer sign-in process. To access your account, you will need to enter your registered email address and Hilti Website Password.
Important Note: If you are an O!T Live customer, ensure your email address is registered consistently across the Hilti Website and Hilti Online (HOL). You can access Hilti Online at: www.hilti.in.

How to Identify a Tool?
The Hilti ON!Track 3 app offers two primary methods for identifying your tools:
Method 1: With NFC/Scan
- Open the ON!Track application.
- Navigate to the 'Identify' section.
- Press the 'Start' button.
- Hold your smartphone near the tool's identification plate or NFC tag.
- The app will display the tool's details, such as its model (e.g., Hilti TE 1000-AVR) and serial number (e.g., SN: 150902).
Method 2: With Serial No. / Type
- Open the ON!Track application.
- Navigate to the 'Assets' section.
- Use the search bar to enter the tool's serial number or its type.
- Select the relevant tool from the search results to view its detailed information.
How to Book a Tool for Repair
The ON!Track app simplifies the process of booking your Hilti tools for repair. Follow these steps:
- Step 1: Identify Tool
Click on 'Identify' to scan/touch or 'Assets' to search for the tool.
- Step 2: Search Tool
Search for the tool using its serial number, tool type, or ownership details (fleet/LTS).
- Step 3: Add to Cart
Click on 'Repair' for the selected tool to add it to your repair cart.
- Step 4: Manage Cart
Add multiple tools if needed, view them in the cart, and then click 'Repair' to proceed.
- Step 5: Set Repair Cost Limit
Select your preferred repair cost limit options for a faster repair process. You can choose to 'Accept the Repair Cost Limit' or 'Request a Quote' if costs exceed a certain threshold.

- Type: Breaker TE 1000-AVR 230V univ cord
- Item number: 2167742
- Serial number: 150902
- Is the tool in a case?: Yes/No
- Description: Provide details on what is wrong with the tool.
Carrier Instructions for Pickup: [e.g., TESTING PURPOSE]
- Step 6: Provide Pickup & Delivery Details
Define the pickup address, pickup contact person, and the delivery address.
Example Pickup Details:
- Pickup Address: UPPAL HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED, L 1/5 HAUZ KHAS ENCLAVE, 110016 NEW DELHI, Delhi
- Pickup Contact: RAJEEV, GUPTA, 9610195195

- Step 7: Billing Information
Select your billing address and enter your Purchase Order (PO) number.

Review all the entered details for accuracy and then click on 'Submit Order'.
