Hilti Tool Repair: Online Submission Guide
This guide explains how to submit your Hilti tools for repair through the Hilti online portal. You can also submit repairs via your phone by scanning the QR code.

Accessing the Hilti Portal
Log in to your company profile on the Hilti website to manage your tools and repair requests. After logging in, you will see your company information, profile settings, orders, offers, and purchased tools in the top corner.
The Hilti portal provides access to:
- Order history and tracking
- Offers
- Tool management: View your tools and manage repair requests
The portal also highlights:

Submitting a Tool for Repair
Navigate to the 'Instrumentu pārvaldība' (Tool Management) section and select 'Instrumentu remonts' (Tool Repair).
Step 1: Select the Tool(s) for Repair
You can select individual tools from the list or choose 'Select All' if multiple tools require repair. Click the 'REMONTS' (REPAIR) button next to the tool(s).
Important Information: Tools submitted for repair must not have gas cartridges, chucks, or batteries attached. Attached batteries will be disposed of and not returned.
Step 2: Provide Repair Information
- Describe the tool's problem and defect as accurately as possible (within 200 characters).
- Set the maximum repair cost limit or accept the recommended limit. This limit does not include transport costs.
- Specify how you will package the tool. Options include the original Hilti case or a cardboard box. Sending only the tool is recommended; remove inserts, accessories, and batteries.
- Continue the repair request.
Delivery and Pickup Information
Step 3: Provide Information for Handover and Delivery
Fill in the details for courier handover and tool pickup:
- You can add a new address or select from existing ones for handover/pickup.
- Choose a contact person for the handover/pickup.
- If the delivery address differs from the handover address, contact the customer center.
- Add instructions for the courier for both handover and delivery.
Specify the number of packages for the courier.
Confirm Contact Person and Submit
Step 4: Confirm Contact Person and Submit the Request
- The selected contact person will be responsible for approving repair costs.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click 'Submit'.
You may need to enter a purchase order number or a general worksite reference.
