BASICS

Learn how to best navigate your iTOUCH Wireless Earbuds.

1. Earbuds power on:

Remove the Earbuds from the charging case to power on each earbud. They will automatically pair within seconds.
Press and hold the button on either earbud for 2-3 seconds to power on each one. They will automatically pair within seconds.

2. Powering off your Earbuds:

Inserting the Earbuds into the charging case will automatically power them off.

3. Bluetooth pairing:

To pair with a new device, remove both Earbuds from the case. They will flash red and blue and pair to each other. Once paired, the left earbud will flash blue, and the right earbud will continue to flash red and blue, indicating they are ready to pair with a device.

Ensure your Bluetooth settings are enabled. The Earbuds will appear as "Wireless Buds" on your device list. Select this to pair.

You can use either earbud individually after pairing both for the first time. The unused earbud can be placed back in the case.

4. Charging:

To charge the case: Plug the micro USB into the case and connect the USB end to a power source. The LED light will flash RED while charging and show a steady RED light when fully charged.

To charge the buds: Insert both buds into the fully charged case. The LED light inside the case will be steady RED, and the LED light outside the case will be steady BLUE, indicating the buds are charging.

The LED light inside the case will turn BLUE when the buds are fully charged. The external LED light may remain blue for a few minutes after the buds are removed.

Click: Play/pause, answer/hang up calls
Double click: Redial the most recent call
Long press for 2 seconds: Next song
Long press for 5 seconds: Power on/off

Compatibility

Your Earbuds are compatible with applications like Apple Music, Spotify, and Pandora. Support for other third-party applications may vary.

Alternately flashing RED and BLUE: Pairing mode
Flashing BLUE once every 5 seconds: Connected to device
Flashing RED: Powering off

LED Light Indicator on Case

Flashing RED: Case and Earbuds are charging
Steady RED: Case and Earbuds are fully charged
Steady BLUE: Earbuds are charging in the case

Warnings

Store the buds in a dry, ventilated environment. Avoid contact with oil, water, moisture, and dust, as this can affect performance.
Clean the buds with water. Other liquids may damage the product.
For optimal use, keep your buds within 10 meters of your phone.
When charging, it is recommended to use a computer and the included micro USB cable for safe and fast recharging.
