MaX UC FOR DESKTOP

Getting Started

1. Browse to the Arvig Hosted PBX portal: https://arvig.net/hostedpbx.

2. Click the "STANDARD USER LOGIN" button.

3. Enter your 10-digit phone number and the temporary password provided by your Systems Administrator or an Arvig employee. You will be immediately prompted to change your password.

4. Click "Downloads" in the bottom right corner of the page.

5. Click the "On your Computer..." option.

6. Click "MaX UC" from the list of available applications.

7. Select your operating system: click either "Windows" or "Mac" depending on your system.

8. Locate the downloaded .exe file, typically found in your browser's toolbar or download folder.

9. Click "Run" to start the installation.

Installation Process

10. Click "Next" in the MaX UC Setup Wizard.

11. Click "Next" to accept the default installation folder or click "Change" to select a different location.

12. Click "Next" to confirm additional tasks like creating shortcuts.

13. Click "Install" to begin the installation.

14. Click "Finish" once the installation is complete.

15. Click "Log in manually" on the welcome screen.

16. Select "Arvig Communications" from the service provider list.

17. Enter your 10-digit phone number and password again (as provided in step 3). Click "Log in".

18. Review the End User License Agreement and click "Accept" to proceed.

Completion

You are now ready to use your MaX UC for your desktop.
