Block Diagram
A block diagram illustrates the architecture of the SOM-9590 module. It shows the Intel Xeon D-1539 (8C, 35W) SoC connected to solder-down DDR4 memory (16/32GB). Various interfaces are depicted, including PCIe lanes (x16 Gen3, x8 Gen3, x1 Gen2), USB 3.0, 10GBase-KR Ethernet, SATA III, SMBus, GPIO, LPC, SPI, and TPM 2.0. An embedded controller (IT 8528) manages thermal control, fan control, power management, and I2C/WDT functions. The diagram also shows connections to connector rows C/D and A/B.
