2. Intended Use
This product is a set of three recessed downlights. It is designed exclusively for indoor use and must not be used outdoors. Avoid contact with moisture at all times. Do not use the product with a dimmer switch. Using the product for purposes other than those specified may damage it and can lead to hazards such as short circuits, fires, or electric shocks. The product complies with all relevant national and European regulations. For safety and approval, do not modify or rebuild the product. Read these instructions carefully and keep them in a safe place. Pass the product on to third parties only with these instructions. All company and product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Description of Symbols
The following symbols are used on the product or in the text:

5. Safety Instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully and pay special attention to the safety information. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury or property damage, and will void the warranty.
5.1 General Information
- This device is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly, as it can become a hazard for children.
- If you have questions not covered in these instructions, contact technical support or qualified personnel.
- Maintenance, modifications, and repairs must only be performed by a qualified technician or an authorized repair center.
5.2 Handling
- Handle the product with care. Jolts, impacts, or falls, even from a low height, can damage the product.
5.3 Operating Environment
- Do not subject the product to mechanical stress.
- Protect the appliance from extreme temperatures, strong jolts, flammable gases, steam, and solvents.
- Protect the product from high humidity and moisture.
- Protect the product from direct sunlight.
5.4 Operation
- Consult an expert if you have doubts about the operation, safety, or connection of the appliance.
- If safe operation is no longer possible, take the product out of operation and protect it from accidental use. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Safe operation is not guaranteed if the product is visibly damaged, malfunctions, has been stored under poor conditions, or has been subjected to significant transport stress.
5.5 Electrical Installation
WARNING! Safety Hazard! Installation must only be carried out by persons with relevant electrical knowledge and experience. Improper installation can lead to risks to life, severe property damage (e.g., fire), and personal liability. Always consult an electrician.
Required Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding and application of the "Five Safety Rules": Disconnect from power, protect against accidental re-energization, ensure absence of voltage, earth and short-circuit, cover or guard adjacent live parts.
- Use of suitable tools, measuring devices, and personal protective equipment.
- Analysis of measurement results.
- Use of appropriate electrical installation materials for safe disconnection.
- Understanding of IP protection ratings.
- Knowledge of power supply types (TN, IT, TT systems) and their connection criteria.
5.6 LED Light
- Do not look directly into the LED light.
- Do not look into the light beam directly or with optical instruments.
5.7 Drilling
WARNING! When drilling or inserting fasteners, ensure no cables or pipes are damaged. Penetrating electrical cables can cause a life-threatening electric shock. Check for concealed wires and pipes before drilling.
6. Before Installation
- Do not cover the product with thermal insulation material.
- This product is suitable for installation in dry indoor rooms.
- Install the product on a dry, sturdy, and fire-rated surface (e.g., masonry, fire-rated plasterboards).
- WARNING: Do not install on damp, freshly painted, electrically conductive, or combustible surfaces (e.g., metallic surfaces, wood-based materials).
- Observe the minimum clearance distances indicated in Figure 1 to ensure proper air circulation.

7. Installation
The installation process involves the following steps:
- Steps to take before installation

7.1 Steps to Take Before Installation
- Turn off the wall light switch to which the product will be connected.
- Switch off the main circuit breaker and secure it to prevent accidental re-activation.
7.2 Cutting the Installation Hole
- Mark the drill holes at the desired ceiling locations.
- Use a hole saw to cut the installation holes with a diameter of 74 mm (Ø 74 mm).
7.3 Wiring the Lights
- Open the cover of the junction box.
- Wire the light to the mains supply. Connect the Live wire (L), typically brown, to the corresponding terminal and the Neutral wire (N), typically blue, to its terminal. Ensure secure connections.
- Wire the power cable of the light to the wall light switch.
7.4 Installing the LED Bulb
- Turn the locking ring counter-clockwise to remove it from the housing.
- Gently push the LED bulb into the socket and turn it clockwise to secure it.
- Turn the locking ring clockwise into the housing to fix the bulb securely.
7.5 Securing the Light in the Ceiling
- Push the spring-loaded clips on both sides upwards and insert the light into the installation hole as far as it will go. The spring-loaded clips will automatically secure the light in place.
7.6 Final Steps
- Adjust the lighting angles of the light as needed.
- Switch the mains power supply on.
8. Replacing an LED Bulb
Replace the old LED bulb with a new one of the same specifications.
- Turn off the wall light switch and the main circuit breaker to cut off the power supply.
- Wait at least 10 minutes for the light to cool down to room temperature.
- Turn the locking ring counter-clockwise to remove it from the housing.
- Carefully remove the LED bulb and junction box assembly from the housing.
- Push the LED bulb inwards and twist it counter-clockwise to remove it.
- Gently push the new LED bulb into the socket and turn it clockwise to secure it.
- Insert the junction box assembly and the light bulb into the housing and turn the locking ring clockwise to secure them.
- Switch on the mains supply.
9. Cleaning and Care
Important:
- Do not use harsh cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol, or other chemical solutions, as they can damage the housing and cause malfunctions.
- Do not spray the product with water or any liquid. Do not expose it to moisture.
- Before cleaning, always turn off the wall light switch and the main circuit breaker to cut off the power supply.
- Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
10. Disposal
This symbol [WEEE symbol] indicates that electrical and electronic equipment should not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life. Owners of Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) must dispose of it separately. End users must remove batteries, accumulators, and lamps that can be removed non-destructively before handing over the WEEE to a collection point. Distributors are legally obliged to provide free take-back of waste. Check Conrad's website for return options. End users are responsible for deleting personal data from disposed WEEE. Disposal obligations may vary in countries outside of Germany.
