Step 1: Assemble Main Frame Supports

Attach the main side frame components. Use the Allen key (108490) to tighten bolts (100241, 4x) with washers (107681, 4x) and nuts (104304, 4x). Ensure the frame is at a 90° angle [? 90°]. Do not use bolts (100179) for this step.

Step 2: Connect Backrest Frame

With assistance, connect the backrest frame to the main structure. Use the Allen key (108490) to tighten bolts (100179, 4x) with washers (107681, 4x) and nuts (104304, 4x).

Step 3: Attach Bed Base Supports

Attach the bed base supports. Use the Allen key (108490) to tighten bolts (100241, 2x) with washers (107681, 2x) and nuts (104304, 2x).

Step 4: Attach Wheels and Locking Mechanism

Attach the wheels to the frame. Use the Allen key (108490) to tighten bolts (100179, 2x) with washers (107681, 2x) and nuts (104304, 2x) to secure the locking mechanism components. Ensure correct orientation [⚠️].

Step 5: Insert Bed Base Slats

Step 6: Secure Bed Base

Secure the bed base. Use the Allen key (108490) and wrench (122030) to tighten bolts (10078097, 1x) with nuts (110085, 1x) on both sides.

Step 7: Connect Backrest to Base

Step 8: Secure Backrest Connection

Secure the backrest connection. Use the Allen key (108490) and wrench (122030) to tighten bolts (110086, 2x) with nuts (110085, 2x).

Step 9: Attach Folding Mechanism
