Step 1: Attach Side Frame Components

Connect the side frame components. Use Allen key (108490) and 4x bolts (100241) with 4x washers (107681) and 4x nuts (104304). Ensure the frame is at a 90-degree angle ?.

Step 2: Attach Back Support Bar

Attach the back support bar to the assembled side frames. Use Allen key (108490) and 4x bolts (100179) with 4x washers (107681) and 4x nuts (104304).

Step 3: Connect Main Bed Frame

Connect the main slatted bed frame to the side supports. Use Allen key (108490) and 2x bolts (100179) with 2x washers (107681) and 2x nuts (104304). The wrench (122030) may also be used.

Step 4: Attach Front Support Bar

Attach the front support bar to the frame. Use Allen key (108490) and 2x bolts (100179) with 2x washers (107681) and 2x nuts (104304).

Step 5: Insert Slatted Bed Base

Carefully insert the slatted bed base into the assembled frame. ℹ️

Step 6: Secure Bed Base

Secure the slatted bed base to the frame. Use Allen key (108490) and 1x bolt (10078097) with 1x nut (110085) on each side. Ensure a 1 mm (1/16 inch) gap is maintained. The wrench (122030) may also be used.

Step 7: Attach Mechanism Arms

Attach the folding mechanism arms to the frame. Use Allen key (108490) and 2x bolts (110086) with 2x nuts (110085).

Step 8: Attach Locking Mechanism

Attach the locking mechanism components. Use the provided bracket (10003240) and 2x screws (153693). A 'Click!' sound indicates proper attachment.

Step 9: Place Mattress

Place the mattress onto the slatted base. Ensure the mattress is correctly positioned. ℹ️

Step 10: Folding and Unfolding

Follow the visual sequence to fold the sofa-bed into a sofa and unfold it back into a bed. Ensure smooth operation.
