WOPET FT50D Quick Start Guide

Panel Introduction

The feeder's control panel features the following indicators and controls:

Indicator: General status light.
Time Display: Shows the current time (e.g., 02:25).
Setting Icon: Indicates when settings are being adjusted.
Buzzer: Audible alert indicator.
Lock Indicator: Shows if the control panel is locked.
Timing/Portions: Displays feeding schedule times and portion counts.
Battery Level Icon: Indicates the remaining battery power.
Setting/Save/Unlock Button: Used to enter settings, save changes, and unlock the panel.
Recording Indicator: Shows if a voice recording is playing or being made.
Return/Cancel Button: Used to exit settings or cancel operations.
Number Increase/Decrease Buttons: Used to adjust values like time and portions.

Program Setting

The device uses a 24-hour clock system. For example, 16:00 is equivalent to 4:00 PM. Refer to page 16 in the user manual for more details.

Step 1 - Unlock

Power up the device or long press the [Setting/Save/Unlock] button for 2 seconds if the screen is locked.

Step 2 - Set Current Time

The clock icon will flash. Press the [Number Increase/Decrease] buttons to set the current hour, then press the [Setting/Save/Unlock] button to save. The minutes will then flash. Press the [Number Increase/Decrease] buttons to set the current minute, then press the [Setting/Save/Unlock] button to save. When the numbers for hours and minutes are no longer flashing, the current time setting is complete.

Step 3.1 - Set Feeding Time

Press the [Timing/Portions] button. The hour digits will flash. Press the [Number Increase/Decrease] buttons to set the desired feeding time, then press the [Setting/Save/Unlock] button to save.

Step 3.2 - Set Feeding Portion

Press the [Timing/Portions] button again to adjust the portion size. Press the [Number Increase/Decrease] buttons to select the number of portions, then press the [Setting/Save/Unlock] button to save.

Note: The feeder can dispense a maximum of 20 portions for each meal. 1 portion is approximately 12g, which is equivalent to 20ml, 1/12 cup, or 4 tsp (approximately 4/3 Tbsp).

Step 3.3 - Set Other Meals Plan

Press the [Return/Cancel] button to advance to the next meal setting. Repeat steps 3.1 and 3.2 to set up the feeding time and portion for additional meals.

Step 4 - Return Main Interface

Once all settings are complete, press the [Return/Cancel] button to go back to the main interface.

FAQs

Problem	Solutions
How to set the current time	Upon turning on, press the settings button to enter current time setup. The clock will flash; adjust the hours using the up and down keys, and save by pressing the settings button. At this point, the minutes will flash; adjust the minutes using the up and down keys, and again save by pressing the settings button. When the numbers for hours and minutes are no longer flashing, the current time setting is complete.
Food did not dispense at the set time	Ensure the food's diameter is less than 12mm; it is only suitable for dry food. Check if the turntable is jammed; if so, please clean it first. Check if the food container still has food; please replenish in time if it's running low. If it is battery-powered, please ensure there's sufficient battery power. We recommend using the plug and batteries at the same time. For first-time use, please manually feed four times to ensure the food fills the slot. Press the manual feeding button on the machine to feed.
How much is each portion?	1 portion ≈ 12g ≈ 20ml ≈ 1/12 cup ≈ 4 tsp ≈ 4/3 Tbsp. A maximum of 20 portions can be set per meal.
How to cancel the feeding plan for the first meal?	Please set the number of feeding portions for the first meal to 0.
