Introduction to Samsung Partnership Store Access

This manual guides users through the process of accessing the Samsung Partnership Store. To log in, you will need a valid institution email address and a Samsung Account. This document outlines the steps for both new and existing Samsung Account holders.

For existing Samsung Account holders: If you already have a Samsung Account, please click the ▶️ Log In button and sign in using your Samsung Account Email and Password. You can start with Step 6.

For new Samsung Account holders: If you have not created a Samsung Account before (e.g., first-time visit), or if you have forgotten your Samsung Account information, please click the ➕ Create Samsung Account button.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: ? Read T&C and Privacy Notice

Review the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

The interface presents options to check:

  • ✔️ Terms and Conditions
  • ✔️ Special terms
  • ☐ Turn on Customisation Service (optional): Get customised content and recommendations based on your interests, location, and device usage. Data usage can be managed.
  • ☐ Get news and special offers (optional)
  • ☐ Improve personalised advertising (optional): Receive more relevant advertising based on your Samsung Account data, including data allowed for Customisation Service.
  • ☐ Use precise location data (optional)

An option to '✅ Agree' is available after reading.

Step 2: ✍️ Enter Personal Information and Click "Next"

Create your Samsung account by providing personal details.

The Samsung Account creation form requires:

  • ✉️ Email: e.g., user@gmail.com
  • ? Password: Input and confirm password.
  • First name: e.g., Test
  • Last name: e.g., Test
  • Date of Birth: Day, Month, Year (e.g., 1, January, 1990)

Buttons available: '⬅️ Back', '➡️ Next'.

Step 3: ? Get Verification Code by Email

Verify your Samsung account via email.

A screen titled "Verify your Samsung account" is shown. It states: "Your email address hasn't been verified yet. To verify it, enter the PIN we emailed to the address below."

The email address is displayed (e.g., user@gmail.com). A field for the PIN (? Verification code) is present. The code shown is 968703.

Buttons available: 'Go to inbox', 'Resend email', '⬅️ Back', '➡️ Next'.

Step 4: ? Enter Verification Code and Click "Next"

Input the verification code received in your email.

This step involves entering the verification code (PIN) obtained from the email into the designated field. The code is 968703.

Buttons available: '⬅️ Back', '➡️ Next'.

Step 5: ✔️ Click "Done" and Finish

Complete the account creation process.

A "Welcome to your Samsung account" screen is displayed, confirming successful account creation. It shows the user's name and email address.

Buttons available: '✔️ Done'.

Step 6: ✉️ Enter Samsung Account Email and Click "Next"

Sign in to your existing Samsung account.

The "Sign in to your Samsung account" screen prompts for an ✉️ Email address. An option "Remember my ID" is available.

Buttons available: '➡️ Next', 'Find ID', 'Create account', 'Sign in with Google'.

Step 7: ? Enter Password and Click "Sign in"

Complete the sign-in process with your password.

The "Sign in to your Samsung account" screen prompts for a ? Password. An option "Show password" is available.

Buttons available: '➡️ Sign in', 'Forgot password?'.

Step 8: ? Enter Institution Email

After logging into your Samsung account, you need to enter your institution email to verify your access to the Partnership Store.

A screen titled "Welcome, looks like you're new to the Samsung Partnership Store." prompts users to enter their Institution Email (e.g., user@samsung.hk).

Buttons available: '▶️ CONTINUE'.

Step 9: ? Receive Verification Code from Institution Email

An email containing a verification code will be sent to your institution email address.

A "Thank you" screen indicates that a verification email has been sent. It prompts the user to enter the ? Verification code from the email to access the Samsung Online Store.

Buttons available: '▶️ CONTINUE'.

Another screen, "Welcome to the Samsung Partnership Store!", displays a unique code (e.g., 314812) and states it will be valid for 30 minutes. This code is used for account verification.

Step 10: ? Enter Verification Code and Click "CONTINUE"

Input the verification code received from your institution email.

The user is prompted to enter the verification code (e.g., 133958) received via email into a designated field on the website.

Buttons available: '▶️ CONTINUE'.

Step 11: ?️ Login Successful and Start Shopping

Your account is verified, and you can now access the Samsung Partnership Store.

A "Welcome to Samsung Online Store for Partnership Store" message is displayed. The page then shows a promotional banner for the "Galaxy Z Flip5 Samsung Online Shop exclusive YELLOW" with details about discounts and gifts (25% off & gifts worth HK$3,492). An option to '立即購買' (Buy now) is presented.

Additional information includes "Free Delivery" details.
