Plastic Bag Notice

DANGER: Plastic bags can be dangerous. Keep plastic bags away from babies and children to avoid danger of suffocation.

General Battery Notice (for selected models)

DANGER:

Batteries supplied by Lenovo for use with your product have been tested for compatibility and should only be replaced with approved parts. A battery other than the one specified by Lenovo, or a disassembled or modified battery is not covered by the warranty.

Battery abuse or mishandling can cause overheat, liquid leakage, or an explosion. To avoid possible injury, do the following:

Stop using the battery if it is damaged, or if you notice any discharge or the buildup of foreign materials on the battery leads.

Store the rechargeable batteries or products containing the rechargeable batteries at room temperature, charged to approximately 30% to 50% of capacity. We recommend that the batteries be charged about once per year to prevent overdischarge.

Do not put the battery in trash that is disposed of in landfills. When disposing of the battery, comply with local ordinances or regulations.

Notice for Removable Rechargeable Battery (for selected models)

DANGER:

Only recharge the battery strictly according to instructions included in the product documentation.

If the battery is incorrectly replaced, there is danger of an explosion. The battery contains a small amount of harmful substance.

Notice for Built-in Rechargeable Battery (for selected models)

DANGER:

It is not recommended to remove or replace the built-in rechargeable battery. If you need to replace the battery, we recommend that you use a qualified repair technician or ensure that you carefully follow all instructions provided by Lenovo.

Only recharge the battery strictly according to instructions included in the product documentation.

The Lenovo-authorized repair facilities or technicians recycle Lenovo batteries according to local laws and regulations. Please do not dispose of your battery with your household waste. For recycling information go to https://www.lenovo.com/recycling.

Lithium Coin-Cell Battery Notice (for selected models)

DANGER: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced.

If you are attempting to replace the coin-cell battery yourself, we recommend that you have all the correct documentation and repair information and tools, and carefully follow the same. Consider the option to have a Lenovo-authorized service provider or trained technician change the battery for you.

The Lenovo-authorized repair facilities or technicians recycle Lenovo batteries according to local laws and regulations. Please do not dispose of your battery with your household waste. For recycling information, go to https://www.lenovo.com/recycling. This product contains a coin cell battery. When replacing the lithium coin-cell battery, use only the same type or equivalent type that is recommended by the manufacturer. The battery contains lithium and can explode if not properly used, handled, or disposed of.

Swallowing the lithium coin-cell battery or placing it inside any part of the body will cause choking or severe internal burns in just two hours and might even result in death.

Do not ingest the battery. Chemical Burn Hazard. Keep batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children. If the lithium coin-cell battery is swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek medical care immediately.

California Perchlorate Information:

Products containing manganese dioxide lithium coin-cell batteries may contain perchlorate. Perchlorate Material - special handling may apply, see https://www.dtsc.ca.gov/hazardouswaste/perchlorate.

Radio Frequency Compliance Information

Regulatory Labels

Your government-required information may be provided through a physical label on the product, the product packaging, or displayed electronically on the E-label screen.

To access the E-label screen, restart the computer. When the logo screen is displayed, press F9, or tap the prompt to enter the Startup Interrupt menu and the Regulatory Information option subsequently.

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) (for selected models)

To view the SAR values for your device, refer to the Setup Guide that came with the device.

To meet radio frequency exposure guidelines during the product operation, keep the wireless antennas the furthest distance from your body and that of other people. Refer to the User Guide of your product to view the locations of the wireless antennas.

Pregnant women should keep the antennas away from their stomach and adolescences away from their lower abdomen. Wearers of electronic implant devices (pacemakers, insulin pumps, neurostimulators, etc.) should be positioned at least 15 centimeters between the radio device and the implant device. Obey all local restrictions when using your device in public areas, such as hospitals, airplanes, or schools.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
