Safety Warnings

  • This bed is designed for use with mattresses meeting specific size requirements:
  • Upper Bunk: Twin XL Standard (79"-80" Length, 38 1/2" Width, 6" max Thickness)
  • Lower Bunk: Queen Standard (79"-80" Length, 60 1/2" Width, 8" max Thickness)
  • Replacement parts can be obtained from GIGACLOUD TECHNOLOGY (USA) INC. dealers.
  • Follow all warning labels on the bed and carton; do not remove them.
  • Always use recommended mattresses or supports to prevent entrapment or falls.
  • Mattress surface must be at least 5" (127mm) below the upper edge of guardrails.
  • Children under 6 years of age should not use the upper bunk.
  • Periodically check guardrails, ladders, and components for proper position, damage, and tight connectors.
  • No horseplay or jumping on or under the bed.
  • Always use the ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
  • Do not use substitute parts; contact the manufacturer or dealer for replacements.
  • A night light may provide added safety for children using the upper bunk.
  • Always use guardrails on both long sides of the upper bunk. If placed near a wall, position the full-length guardrail against the wall to prevent entrapment.
  • Water or sleep flotation mattresses are prohibited.
  • STRANGULATION HAZARD: Never attach or hang items not designed for the bed (e.g., hooks, belts, jump ropes).
  • Keep these instructions for future reference.
  • No more than one person on the upper bunk.
  • Assemble the bunk bed on the shipping carton to protect your floor or carpet.
  • Ensure all staples are removed from the box before starting assembly.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assemble Lower Bunk Frame Sides

Connect lower front leg (1) and lower hind leg (2) to bottom bar (13) and bar bottom left (14) using wood dowels (H), hold bolts (E), and hex bolts (A).

Step 2: Attach Lower Left Floor Slat

Attach top of lower left floor (9) to the assembled left side frame using wood screws (G).

Step 3: Assemble Lower Bunk Frame Right Side

Connect lower hind leg (3) and lower front leg (4) to bottom bar (13) and bar bottom right (15) using wood dowels (H), hold bolts (E), and hex bolts (A).

Step 4: Attach Lower Right Floor Slat

Attach top of lower right floor (10) to the assembled right side frame using wood screws (G).

Step 5: Connect Lower Bunk Side Rails

Attach lower shoulders (24) to the assembled lower bunk legs (1, 2, 3, 4) using wood dowels (H), hold bolts (E), and hex bolts (B).

Step 6: Install Lower Bunk Support Slats

Attach support the middle flap (28) to the lower bunk frame using hex bolts (C) and Allen key (I).

Step 7: Install Lower Bunk Slats

Install slats downstairs (33, 34) onto the lower bunk frame using wood screws (J). Ensure screws are not placed too close to the edges of the slats to prevent breakage.

Step 8: Assemble Upper Bunk Left Side Structure

Connect upper left side bars (18, 20) to the vertical support piece using canopy head though (F), hex bolts (D), and Allen key (I).

Step 9: Assemble Upper Bunk Left Frame

Connect upper front leg (5), upper hind leg (6), upper left side bars (18, 20), and the bar stands on left hip (23) using wood dowels (H), hold bolts (E), hex bolts (A), and Allen key (I).

Step 10: Attach Upper Left Floor Slats

Attach slats downstairs (16) to the upper bunk frame using wood screws (G).

Step 11: Assemble Upper Bunk Right Frame

Connect upper front leg (8), upper hind leg (7), upper right side bars (19, 21), and upper floor side bars (22) using wood dowels (H), hold bolts (E), hex bolts (A), and Allen key (I).

Step 12: Attach Upper Right Floor Slats

Attach slats upper floor (17) to the upper bunk frame using wood screws (G).

Step 13: Install Upper Bunk Guardrails and Side Rails

Attach upper shoulders (25) and railings (26) to the upper bunk frame using wood dowels (H), hold bolts (E), and hex bolts (B).

Step 14: Attach Upper Guardrails

Secure upper guardrail components (25, 26, 27) using canopy head though (F), hex bolts (D), and Allen key (I).

Step 15: Install Upper Bunk Slats

Install slats upper floor (35) onto the upper bunk frame using wood screws (J). Ensure screws are not placed too close to the edges of the slats to prevent breakage.

Step 16: Connect Upper and Lower Bunk

Insert steel dowels (K) into the upper bunk legs and align them with the corresponding holes in the lower bunk frame. Use wood dowels (H) for additional support.

Step 17: Assemble Ladder

Assemble the ladder by connecting the vertical stairs (30, 31) to the stairs bars (32), securing with wood dowels (H), wood screws (G), and Allen key (I).

Step 18: Final Tightening and Securing

Complete the assembly by performing final checks and tightening all hardware. Secure components as indicated using wood screws (G).
