Assembly Steps
STEP 1
Insert wood dowels (8), insert barrel nut (9) into hole, and insert bolt (1) from outside. Align bolts to connect with barrel nut (9) and tighten.

STEP 2
Attach slats (N) to the lower bed frame components (C, D, E). Use screws (4) and (6) for attachment, potentially with a screwdriver or Allen key.

STEP 3
Assemble the upper bunk frame. Insert bolts (1) to connect with barrel nuts (9) and tighten. Remember to insert wood dowels (8) for alignment and strength. Components involved include headboard upper (A), side rails (H, I), and guard rails (J, K).

STEP 4
Attach slats (M) to the upper bed frame components (A, H, I). Use screws (4) and (6) for attachment.

STEP 5
Insert metal pin (10), align, and stack the twin bed onto the full bed frame. CAUTION: Please be careful not to pinch your fingers.

STEP 6
Assemble the ladder. Insert bolts (2, 3, 5) to connect ladder legs (Q) with ladder stretchers (R, S) using barrel nuts (9). Remember to insert wood dowels (8) for alignment and strength.

STEP 7
Attach the assembled ladder to the bunk bed frame. Use screws (7) and possibly other fasteners.

STEP 8
Final check and attachment of ladder rail components. Please follow the pilot hole at the right ladder rail.

Cleaning Instructions: After assembly, clean & polish with a soft cloth.
Safety Warnings
Read all instructions carefully before assembling this product.
- Follow the information on the warnings appearing on the upper bunk end structure and on the carton. Do not remove warning label from bed.
- Always use the recommended size mattress or mattress support, or both, to help prevent the likelihood of entrapment or falls.
- Surface of mattress must be at least 5 in. (127 mm) below the upper edge of guardrails.
- Do not allow children under 6 years of age to use the upper bunk.
- Periodically check and ensure that the guardrail, ladder, and other components are in their proper position, free from damage, and that all connectors are tight.
- Do not allow horseplay on or under the bed and prohibit jumping on the bed.
- Prohibit more than one person on upper bunk.
- Always use the ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
- Do not use substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer or dealer for replacement parts.
- Use of a night light may provide added safety precaution for a child using the upper bunk.
- Always use guardrails on both long sides of the upper bunk. If the bunk bed will be placed next to the wall, the guardrail that runs the full length of the bed should be placed against the wall to prevent entrapment between the bed and wall.
- The use of water or sleep flotation mattresses is prohibited.
- STRANGULATION HAZARD - Never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that are not designed for use with the bed; for example, but not limited to hooks, belts and jump ropes.
- Keep these instructions for future reference.
Size of Mattress and Foundation:
- Use a mattress which is 37 1/2" - 38 1/2" wide and 74"-75" long on the upper bunk (twin size).
- Ensure that the thickness of the mattress does not exceed 7" and that the mattress surface is at least 5" (127mm) below the upper edge of the guardrails.
- Use a mattress which is 38" wide and 75" long on the lower bunk (twin size).
- Ensure that the thickness of the mattress is at least 7".
