What's in the Box

The package contains the following items:

The earbuds come with four sizes of ear tips: XS, S, M, and L, to ensure a comfortable and secure fit.

01 - Charging

For first-time use, it is recommended to fully charge the charging case with the earbuds inside. Connect the charging case to a 5V/1A USB adapter using the provided USB-C cable ?.

Charging indicators on the case show the battery level:

• Less than 30%
• 30% - 65%
• 65% - 100%
• 100% (Fully Charged)

Charging time for the earbuds is approximately 1.5 hours, and for the charging case, it is approximately 2 hours.

02 - Wear and Adjust

The HiTune T3 earbuds are designed for a comfortable fit. Four sizes of ear tips (XS, S, M, L) are provided. The default size (S) is pre-installed. Please select the ear tip size that provides the best seal and comfort for your ears to ensure optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.

03 - Powering On/Off

Power On: Simply open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and connect to the last paired device if Bluetooth is enabled.

Power Off: Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will automatically power off and begin charging.

04 - Bluetooth Pairing with Your Device

To pair the earbuds with a new device:

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), go to Bluetooth settings.
3. Find and select "UGREEN HiTune T3" from the list of available devices.
4. Once connected, the earbuds are ready to use.

05 - Pairing with Another Bluetooth Device

If you need to pair the earbuds with a different device after they have already been paired:

1. Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case.
2. Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 3 seconds. Indicators No.1 and No.3 will blink three times simultaneously, indicating the earbuds are in pairing mode.
3. Follow the pairing steps in section 04 on the new device.

06 - Fix Bluetooth Pairing or Connection Problems

If you experience issues with Bluetooth pairing or connection:

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Press and hold the reset button on the charging case for 10 seconds.
3. The three white indicators on the case will blink for 2 seconds, confirming that the earbuds have been successfully reset to factory defaults.
4. You may need to "?️ Forget This Device" from your device's Bluetooth settings before re-pairing.

07 - Music Control

Control your music and calls with intuitive touch gestures on the earbuds:

• Left Earbud (L):
  • Tap once ?: Play/Pause music.
  • Tap twice (x2): Play Previous Track.
  • Press and hold (2s) ✊: Decline an incoming call or activate your device's voice assistant.
• Right Earbud (R):
  • Tap once ?: Play/Pause music.
  • Tap twice (x2): Play Next Track.
  • Press and hold (2s) ✊: Decline an incoming call or cycle through ANC modes (? ANC On/Ambient Sound/Normal Mode).

Specifications

* Statistics regarding the battery life are from UGREEN lab, and were tested at 60% volume in normal mode by AAC codec.
